We were not able to open our front door with our house key. I went to HomeStars and searched for a locksmith. The system hooked me up with Protection Plus the same day I requested the service. John from Protection Plus called and I described the issue to him. He knew what the issue was and provided a quote over the phone. We prearrange a time for the following day. John arrived on time and repaired the lock in about 20 minutes. He described the repair and told me it would not fail again. He provided a 3 month warranty and he was on his way. Very happy with the service. I will use them again.
