Replied first contact with in short time period. Gave options of new locks and prices. Open to just installing the new lock if i bought it somewhere else. Quick to schedule appointment and showed up on time. Careful to keep area clean and floor covered. Installation was done quickly and the other locks were rekeyed as well. Able to pay with debit and service was done with a smile. John offered to return and replace lock after the door had been sanded and refinished. All the work was done very professionally. I was extremely happy. Lock works well and a warranty is awesome! Will call him or refer him with great confidence!

Steven and the service team did a excellent job at replacing some alarm components under warranty. This call was originally scheduled for later in the week, but I had some availability today. Steven and the team quickly accommodated and was able to come same day. Service tech was friendly, on time and quick. Install time took less than 30 mins including testing.

We needed security system for our house. We have been so happy with all the employees at Protection Plus. Brian Gold took the time to carefully explain the options that were available. He was great at booking the installation to meet our tight time frame. John (locksmith) and John (security installer) were both great..They were polite and very informative. They arrived on time and explained the process. They took the time to do demonstrations so we would be familiar with the security system and new lock. The next day, Brian called to make sure that we did not have any questions. From start to finish, Protection Plus has been pleasure to work with. I would recommend this company highly.

Protection Plus sent a locksmith to replace the lock on my door. They arrived within 24 hours of first contact and were happy to start early, at 7am. Courteous and professional and the final cost was exactly what the quote said it would be.

I'm happy that I went with this company. I called around and was not comfortable with the paying for one full year up front with some companies. All protection plus was the best price and also provided a six months free offer. I dealt with Mike through email and over the phone. He was patient in answering all my questions. The installer Jason was also a pleasant man to deal with. He answered all the clarifying questions I had about the system and service being provided. I do recommend these guys for your security needs.

Great customer service and very professional work. They chipped in extra features for free. also cautioned extra cost from the beginning rather up-selling. When I accidentally opened the door after the setting the alarm. I got a call back from PP in 1-3 min. I highly recommend them.
