    Alarm and security system, door locks, window bars.

    Brian has been exceptional in assessing our needs, recommendations, and not pushing for superfluous items. We had many unrelated issues which delayed some of our decisions and he was accommodating in giving us the space to make them. The workers doing the installs were most helpful, tidy, efficient, and provided good knowledge transfer to us in how these items work.

    Great team

    Great team. Mike Wedmann, Rod Mackie, Joe Sildiryan and John McCauley handled everything very professionally from the beginning to the completion. We agreed to a 3-year term and paid the first year upon completion and owned the the system. Thank you gentlemen

    Home security system

    We are very pleased with the sense of peace and security afforded us through the installation of a security system purchased from Protection Plus. Brian was very prompt in returning all of my phone calls and was able to answer my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable dealing with him. The installer technician, Joe, arrived on the appointed day and did a great job in installing the system. He also demonstrated how to use this system and responded thoroughly to all questions. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an reputable alarm company.

    Unhappy with old alarm company

    We were unhappy with our last alarm service providerand decided to shop around. After several messages left with other companies we called Protection Plus who answered right away. Wayne explained the different systems and suggested one that would fit our needs. Everything was explained including pricing, installation and the services provided right then and there. The system was changed within days and the installer was excellent, friendly and knowledgable in the field. He explained the system to my wife, who taught me how to use it. Very uncomplicated procedure. Bottom line, great service, great system, and we feel protected again.

    Alarm install

    These guys are great- can't believe how easy it was to get set up. I would absolutely call them again. Install was fast, and the system is very user friendly. Five out of five.

    Home security and service

    Great service and support. The team provided a solution to meet our specific needs and explained pros and cons for various options. Called for service and it was difficult getting through to a live voice in support but the reception ensured someone called back. The support team called back within 1/2 hour.

    Home alarm

    We had Protection Plus security at our previous home for over 10 years. We were very happy with the product and service. We have just had them instal home security at our new location. A great, easy to use, alarm system and excellent service!

    Alarm Monitoring System

    Protection Plus' service has been great! Recently, had twice false alarm, Protection Plus called immediately to make sure we are safe and secure. The Customer Service & Technician are very competent and friendly! Iftiquar Khan

    fix alarm on garage door

    The technician "Jon" who came to our house was so pleasant and helpful. He called and gave an exact time of his arrival which was much appreciated and very professional.

    Alarm system

    Quick, easy signup process- great customer service. I would recommend. I am satisfied with the products I received. Easy to use, has an app, makes it convenient to access anywhere.
