    very trustable company. they answer your calls promptly and call back for any emergency instantly. I would sure recommend them to friends and others. Very trustable and professional. Alarm is working great.

    Would Strongly Recommend Protection Plus

    Price quoted includes equipment and first year monitoring, including tax. Customer service is excellent; they are very responsive to our questions and concerns. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Hardware is very reliable.

    Lock Rekey

    I needed some locks rekeyed in my house so I called Protection Plus after checking out their website and reviews. John was very helpful and it did not take a long time. Prices are very competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Thank you

    Top quality home alarm system

    Informative, patient and non-pressured sales approach and initial consultation for my home alarm system (which was helpful when moving into our new home). Efficient installation process and good after-market service (although very little required). Very good value compared to other companies. Would recommend / use again!

    Protection Plus Is Great

    Had a difficult time deciding what alarm company to use when my ADT contract expired (that company was a huge disappointment), so I researched and read reviews for many alarm companies. Protection Plus' reviews were consistently good. We set up our alarm system through Protection Plus and are enormously pleased with their customer service and installation. I would recommend this company without any reservation.

    Alarm System Installation

    I emailed Protection Plus for a quote and received a response right away! The representative who contacted me was very understanding of my budget and helped me pick the best plan to suit my needs and my budget. The tech who did the install was very knowledgeable and professional. I'm glad I went with Protection Plus!

    Easy and Friendly

    It was an easy and friendly set up, is easy to use system, and they continue to be helpful with additional assistance. Their pricing is great as well. I would highly recommend.

    So far so good

    System works good. Panel had some glitches but was replaced in no time. No questions asked. So they do stand behind their product. And the app they offer is handy to use.

    Excellent alarm service provider

    Excellent customer service and a great product. The system is very easy to use. The wireless capability is very practical. No mess and no damage installation. Very professional. I will be recommending this company to my friends and family.
