    Security Upgrade

    Bibles For Missions

    Outstanding work and true professionals. They both went out of their way to ensure that we were totally satisfied with the istallation. Both were always extremely polite and accommodating. It was a pleasure dealing with them and have no hesitation highly recommending Protection Plus to the other Bibles for Missions stores or anyone who wants a reference.     New Lynx 5200 Install

    Great service; great price; quick install; no complaints!! My wife and I want to specifically acknowledge the installer, John McCauley. John was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. John made the entire process quick and without issues!!! Please pass on our praise for John's work. In conclusion, my wife and I would without a doubt recommend your services to any family and friends who have security needs!!

    Alarm Systems and Monitoring

    I have been with Protection Plus for years and have been very happy with service based on the instant monitoring to the new hardware when it needed updating. Most recently I was very impressed this their customer service when I needed parts due to a reno I am doing. They helped me get the parts and advice needed with no questions asked. Really was above and beyond as I was expecting to be gouged.

    Lock Upgrade

    When I first contacted Protection Plus regarding replacement of my existing deadbolts, their Project Manager Brian came to the house in person to see what my requirements were. He presented several options and even made some suggestions about how to further increase the security of my house. An installation date was booked; John (the locksmith) arrived on time as scheduled and did a fantastic job installing the two grade 1 high security Mul-T-Lock deadbolts along with 2 security strike plates. He was extremely careful with the installations and made sure that everything was cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend Protection Plus for all your lock and security needs. As a matter of fact; I was so impressed with the level of service provided that I am having them install my security camera system.

    Mult t lock High Security Lock With Door Safe

    Protection Plus did window film on our first floor and upgraded the security of our entry double door with door safe, door guardians, and a mul t lock deadbolt. From beginning to end everybody we dealt with was amazing (Bryan was our sales guy, John the lock guy, and Jason the window film guy)... All 3 were responsive, honest, and professional. The job was done well, and a couple very minor issues were resolved promptly even after I had paid in full. A well deserved perfect 10 rating in my book.

    Alarm system

    When a monitoring situation has occured protection plus was very quick to respond. Technical backup was also quick to respond and very helpful in fixing any problem that had happened.

    Security Upgrade

    John and Jason did a great job beefing our home security. Job took approx 2.5. Brian gave a good overview of the work being done and going over the fees. Overall satisfied with work.

    Alarm system and monitoring.

    The people at Protection Plus have been a pleasure to deal with concerning some administrative issues. They have been very flexible and accommodating. I have been with them for years, and have never had a complaint with respect to their service.
