    Window Coverings

    Excellent experience from selection through to installation. Maria, Elizabeth and Hashim exceeded my expectations for new window coverings. Superb selection with pricing to fit many budgets, and superior customer service ensured an uncomplicated one stop, shop experience. I highly recommend Kingsway Carpets & Blinds. I know I will definitely be revisiting Kingsway Carpets & Blinds for my upcoming flooring project.

    Measure and install a bedroom blind and remove drapes to be altered.

    I found Kingsway Carpets & Blinds in Homestars then went to their store. Maria could not have been more helpful in showing me what was available in blinds. She priced out several alternatives very patiently and when I decided she came to my apartment to measure. The blind was installed a week later. Heather then came to remove the drapes, the edges of which were badly damaged by the sun. She took them and recut them beautifully then came back to reinstall them. I'm absolutely delighted with the finished product . Both Maria and Heather were very professional and a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

    Carpeting on stairs

    It was time to carpet the stairs. We found Kingsway Carpets & Blinds through Homes Star and went to the showroom on a snowy Sat. morning. Maria took us in hand, showed us the options, and helped us find the perfect stair runner, which met our requirement for using natural fibers, and no dyes. She came 3 days later to measure and the installer came 2 weeks after that, Installation took about 2 hours and was very professionally done. We were very pleased with the initial help in finding the right carpet, the price and efficiency, and the final result.

    Blinds for the Kitchen and Den

    We had new horizontal blinds installed for two kitchen windows and new vertical blinds installed for the patio door in the den. We are very happy with the results. Great service,product and installation ! Many Thanks

    Blinds

    The process was easy and efficient, satisfied with their job and would recommend them. this is my 2nd blinds for my 2 properties

    Condo blinds

    I hated the vertical blinds that came with my condo and I needed help understanding my options for two giant windows. I live downtown and don’t have a car, so I was concerned about their location. But they were super helpful over the phone and sent pictures and quotes via email. I visited the showroom one time to examine fabric choices, and it was easy to access via transit. The staff were very friendly, installation was convenient and quick, and I’m so happy with my new blinds.

    The work was excellent customer service is the best and Kingsway has the experience to direct a customer and advise which products are the most appropriate for your home.

    Knowledgeable sales people, reliable installers

    We received terrific in -store service and advice when we were shopping for a blind for our bedroom. The sales staff were helpful and informative, providing multiple options and price points. The experience was no pressure and left us feeling confident with our choice. The installation process was equally great. The installer was professional and efficient. He took the time to provide extra tips on window maintenance and other useful advice which we appreciated as new home owners. All in all our experience with Kingsway Carpet and Blinds was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them!

    Blinds

    I had blinds installed on three windows in our condominium, approximately thirty feet in total, and in four different sections. The delivery was as promised. we are very satisfied with the price and the installation. We highly recommend KINGSWAY CARPETS & BLINDS.

    Broadloom in condo

    Great customer service and excellent value. Quick and helpful. We’ve used them several times and will return when we need flooring of any kind. I’ve always found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable. They don’t try to up sell you either. Very pleased overall.
