    Carpet installation

    We were very pleased with the carpet installation. The crew was very courteous and efficient and their work was professional. It was also a pleasure dealing with Elizabeth in the shop who helped us with carpet selection and ordering.

    Easy fast and professional

    Home renovation

    The in store service was excellent! We went with roller shades throughout our entire home. Installation was quick. Quality of product A+. I highly recommend this store for your new window coverings.

    Carpets

    We had to have custom runners installed so no existing new trim would have to be removed, our stairs are wide and halls have an irregular shape. Elizabeth did a great job advising us, measuring and arranging the installation.

    Blinds for Living Rm, Bed Rooms and Bath Rooms

    We had Kingsway Carpets and Blinds to supply and install Hunter Douglas blinds in our home. We ordered a combination of motorized (in master bedroom + ensuite and living room), and also manual (in other bed rooms and bath rooms). The blinds are working great, installer was on time for all the dates we scheduled. They trained us to control the blinds (the motorized ones) from our phone via wifi. All is well!

    Vertical Blinds purchase and install

    We have used Kingsway carpets & blinds previously for kitchen flooring and dining room shutters. We were so satisfied with the service that we returned to Kingsway to order the vertical blinds for our den... we ordered 6 blinds for large windows. The service at Kingsway was excellent...Elizabeth handled all the details. The install went really smoothly and we love the blinds. :)

    Window Coverings: Roller blinds

    With Maria's professional help I purchased perfect roller shades for my house. I am very thankful for her coming in and bringing samples, providing temporary blinds, finding most suitable roller shades and installing them. Job well done! I would recommend Kingsway Carpets & Blinds to everyone.

    Flooring Installation review in Toronto Downtown

    I recently had carpet replaced by engineered hardwood in the three bedrooms of our condo in downtown. To match the existing flooring in the living room I need to use the Satin-Flooring material. Satin-Flooring has a list of dealers but I wonder whether they have bothered to monitor the performance of their dealers to keep them on list. After going through the tiresome inspection and quotation with several dealers, I am unable to convince myself that they can eventually complete the job. The search ended when we found Kingsway Carpets & Blinds. I believe Kingsway is one of the few flooring company who know and practice the customer service. Manny of Kingsway took her time to address my needs and what I wanted for the job. Her colleague Elizabeth also help to solve the technical issue. During the works, Manny closely administered the whole process to make it a success. She was prompt to answer my queries, submitting the quotation and arranging the inspection. A problem (with the supplier) was readily handled and solved. The flooring was delivered and installed on time and professionally by a very polite and courteous installer. Extra material ordered is returned to supplier and I get the refund promptly. I am not saying that Kingsway is charging the cheapest cost, but I will recommend them if you are looking for better services for your works. Peter at Downtown Toronto

    Hardwood Flooring and Area rugs

    We renovated the upper half of our home...new flooring and kitchen. We visited Kingsway Carpet & Blinds as we had purchased our wall to wall carpet and window coverings from them many years ago when we first moved into our home and as we were very happy with their service - which we did not forget - we returned. Again, the staff took their time to address our needs and what we wanted for our home. They were professional, prompt and brought things to our attention that we were not familiar with in terms of our hardwood purchase. We did not feel rushed in any way and eventually purchased our hardwood flooring and area rugs which are perfect. Thank you to the staff at Kingsway; Very happy that we returned. Definitely recommend to others for all of their flooring and window covering needs.

    Motorized Blinds

    Working with Elizabeth was a pleasure. She was very helpful and responded in a timely manner, helping me make decisions regarding which direction to proceed. They came and site measured on the day and time they provided and installed ahead of schedule, which was really helpful! Their installer was very kind, help set up the motorized blinds with my phone app. All and all, everyone I dealt with were extremely kind and worked great.
