    Big Job

    We bought a large condo 2 years ago with massive amount of windows. Kingsway supplied and installed Hunter Douglas drapes and blinds throughout and we couldn't be more pleased with their service. In fact, we have used them twice more to install mtorized blinds in an area that we considered too bright. They are extremely helpful and responsive.

    Venetian Window Blinds

    They measured the blinds to make sure that they were customized for my windows. The blinds are Hunter and Douglas and was ordered from the USA so it took time to arrive. The installation was quick and well done and they took time to assist me. Kingsway personalized their service to do the installation on the weekend to assist me since I work during the weekdays. I would recommend this family owned business!

    Blinds

    We have unusual blinds in our bedroom including a patio door. Our designer suggested Kingsway Carpets to make the large wide vertical blinds and we are very happy with the result. Wiliam and Brenda Baird L6J 7W1 williambaird51@gmail.com

    Great job on the installation of carpeting in our basement

    We were very impressed by the selection, customer service, installation And price for our new basement carpeting. Great selection to choose from. Our room is wide, and Maria went above and beyond to find the appropriate carpet for us at a great price. Thank you!!

    They did an amazing Job installing our new blinds! We were extremely pleased with the pricing and how they consistently delivered great customer service and amazing quality work. I will recommend Kingsway Carpets & Blinds to everyone I know.

    Patio door plantation shutters

    Two installations required as the Hunter Douglas factory supplied the wrong sized rails for the sliding shutter installation. This was corrected and the second installation finished the project correctly. The folks at Kingsway could not have been any nicer or helpful. The store staff and install people were terrific in fixing the problem and making things "right". Installation went quickly and there was NO mess left behind for the customer to deal with at all. This included removal of the vertical blinds that were taken away for disposal. A job that started off on the wrong foot due to shipment of the wrong material but was soon put right by all concerned at Kingsway. Well done ! I would return to Kingsway in the future and would recommend them to others !

    Luminettes and area rugs

    This is the third time we have used Kingsway and the third time we have been very happy with the sales experience and the after installation follow-up. We had an issue following installation of our Luminettes and Elizabeth

    Blinds for New Home Build

    We had a great experience working with the people at Kingsway Carpets and Blinds. We had an intricate blinds and drapes set-up throughout our home and they took the time to research the automated solution to meet our needs. Their prices were competitive and their staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend the Kingsway team and will use them again in the future.

    Roller Shade

    Staff at Kingsway never disappoint. This was my 4th trip to this store over the last 10 years or so and I received the same excellent service. This time around it was Manny who was extremely helpful with valuable, thoughtful advice and assistance to help me choose a roller shade to complement my new bathroom reno. Her smile and wonderful personality did not hurt either.
