Blinds
They were fantastic! We were originally not happy with what we chose after installation and they remade the blinds and installed new ones at no additional cost! Fantastic customer service

Stairway Runner
This is the second time we have used KIngsway Carpets and another phenomenal experience. We first ordered and had them install Hunter Douglas blinds and it was done beautifully. We recently worked with Elizabeth and the team to have a runner put in and from the ordering to the installation it was great. Attentive to details, great follow up and the installer did a great job explaining to my wife what he was doing. Professional throughout the process.

New office blinds
Everything went smoothly, from the measuring to the final installation. Everyone showed up at the appointed times and the finished product fit perfectly.

Living room and hall carpet
I wanted to replace the red carpet in the living room and hallway and knew that I would have a hard time finding another red carpeting. However, some one recommended Kingsway and even though it was in Etobicoke and I live right downtown, I went there and sure enough, there was a "Red Hot" carpet. Lovely woman gave me a quote and arranged for someone to come out and measure. That happened and before he left, I gave him a 50% deposit - I didn't have to look further or shop around. Installation was done on the day I requested and the installer did a fabulous job. I'll be going back in a few months to order more for the bedroom and office.

Room darkening blinds
We needed room darkening blinds for our bedroom because we were having a baby and needed to make the room darker for her to sleep in there. Manny was extremely helpful and was able to get them installed very quickly - they were ordered and installed in less than 2 weeks. We were so happy with them that we ordered more room darkening blinds for the other bedrooms in our home. They were also ordered and installed in less than 2 weeks. I was extremely impressed with the service and would highly recommend Kingsway Carpets & Blinds.

Blinds for our loft
The whole team at Kingsway is a pleasure to work with. We were very happy with the process and service from start to finish. They have a wide selection of blinds and they are high quality. We have since recommended Kingsway to others who are also very satisfied customers. Blinds
Kingsway walked us through our options based on our rough measurements. When George came to our home for exact measurements, he noticed a couple of problems and suggested better solutions for some windows. They promised delivery before Christmas and delivered on that promise. Lonnie and Linda were professional and courteous while installing the blinds. They explained how things work and made sure we understood before leaving. All in all, a great experience, would not hesitate to use Kingsway again.

Window treatments on two occasions.
From start to finish the staff at Kingsway were easy to work with. Measurement and installation times adhered to. Suggestions were made we had not thought of. Very knowledgeable. Their pricing is fair. The product looks great. Stan j. Etobicoke, On.

Shades
Shades were prepared much quicker than quoted unfortunately that also meant quality control issues from hunter Douglas. Installer came to install, had one broken shade and also incorrect size, another shade had the wrong draw string and facia. I was called within a few days to let me know that the correct shades were on order. Within a week, the shades were ready and installed the following week with no issues. Customer service was great, friendly throughout, all issues were dealt with, friendly installers as well
