The team at Kingsway Carpets and Blinds did another outstanding job for us. This was a very complex project with 2 sets of curved stairs and a large freeform upper hallway. They matched the pattern perfectly and we have a beautiful end result. Thank you Kingsway C&B !!!

George was extremely helpful when it came to helping select fabrics for my home windows. Everything was done in the time frame we were given with no complications or surprises. The install took only one day and there was no mess. Everyone who walks into my home is impressed with my Hunter Douglas blinds since they are very simple and elegant. we had a nice experience in selecting the kind of window covering we need for the sliding doors in the kitchen area. Maria provided a very professional service, very patiently explaining the benefits and drawbacks on different options until we made a decision. The arrived even before the expected time. As we selected self installation, it was important to have all parts and pieces and it worked well. Now are enjoying our new look of the doors. and of the kitchen in general. Thank you to the staff.

Maria was extremely wonderful to deal with when we went to the store to ask about the hunter douglas choices as well as the subsequent correspondence through emails and phone calls, she always called or emailed my wife to check on us. The installer they hired to install our blinds was also extremely polite and meticulous in his installation, he was patient with what we wanted and he was able to come again when there was issues with one of the blinds which we wanted fixed by hunter douglas. Overall we were happy with the experience with both the owner of Kingsway and the installer they hired. We were initially a bit leery the first time we were at Kingsway due to the experience with one of their floor sales people but we think it may have been the inexperience on the part of the sale person with regards to the hunter douglas product line or he may have been concerned about scaring us away from the huge price tag on the hunter douglas blinds however we were very happy the 2nd time we were there due to the fortunate chance of dealing directly with Maria the owner. She knew right away what we were looking for and what we were concerned with in terms of how the blinds would match our taste and what we were seeking for each room of our house. Overall we feel the price at Kingsway was very reasonable and the installation was done to our satisfaction. We have had other friends go get quotes with other stores and the price comparison was extremely competitive on the part of Kingsway, they were very fair in their quote. We even had another friend who was very happy to deal with Maria when she came to the store a month after upon our recommendation.

Personnel @ Knigsway Carpets excellent. Even phoned twice to advise that installers to be late - do to car problems.
