We have gone back to Kingsway Carpet & Blinds again and again - four wall to wall carpets, vinyl flooring in the kitchen and blinds. Excellent service, and products that have lasted.

Service in store was informative and provided us with all our alternatives for the right product at the right price. Installation was done professionally and delivered on time. Had a small issue with one of the blinds 8 months later that was corrected with one phone call.

I'm really happy I went to Kingsway... they created a custom solution for my patio doors that are 11 feet wide by 8 feet tall... and the blinds look beautiful. They were so helpful and knowledgeable in planning the unique solution... I simply could not have gone to home depot or blinds to go. Better still, they did a masterful job at the custom installation, and it was included in the quote. They came when they said they would and the installer was very professional. So 6 months after the installation the pull string on the Hunter Douglas roller blind snapped... it's still functional, but the problem is being a custom installation, I can't remove the blinds to take it in under warranty. I called them and they said I had to uninstall myself and bring in the blinds... I feel they installed it and they should come out and uninstall. I would also say this the second time I've had defective issues with Hunter Douglas brand... they are overrated and overpriced in my opinion... for such a quality blind, the pull string is so cheap. Anyway, I would go to Kingsway again and I would recommend them because my situation is so unique based on a custom installation. I'm a little disappointed at the after sales service, but I cannot complain about their expertise and installation in the first place.

I purchased Hunter-Douglas blinds from Kingsway. Their quote was very reasonable. The blnds were made to order in less than 2 weeks and installed the day after they were delivered to their showroom. Their installor was prompt; the blinds were exactly what I ordered. Professionalism and good service throughout the experience.

George was very helpful in helping us to choose the right blinds for our bedrooms and family room. Alex did a wonderful job in measuring and installing the blinds. The blinds were installed efficiently and Alex went out of his way to instal the blinds a day earlier than promised as we were expecting house guests. It was a pleasure to deal with these two gentlemen at Kingsway Carpets and Blinds.
