I went to Kingsway Carpet and Blinds on the basis of a HomeStars recommendation and was not disappointed. From the very beginning, they were helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. Alex and Maria helped me choose the shades and Maria was very helpful when it came to choosing stair runners. The price was reasonable and even though I ordered everything 2 weeks before Christmas, they went out of their way to have everything installed before Christmas. Both installations were done very professionally. There was a minor manufacturer's problem with one of the valances and when I called the store, they promptly sent Alex over to rectify the problem. I would recommend this family operation to anyone and intend to deal with them in the future when I have other projects to undertake.

Purchased flooring and installation from Kingsway Carpets and Blinds based on reviews from Homestars, and was absolutely not disappointed with my decision. I initially went in, and chose a very beautiful Engineered Hardwood to have installed in my condo. There was a tremendous amount of selection but I (of course) zeroed in on what was likely the most expensive piece of flooring in the store. Hani from Kingsway Carpet and Blinds was quick to point out that the colour was likely not suited to the light levels in my condo, but I was still prepared to purchase the flooring on the spot. He insisted that I take a few samples home, and he sent me home with some samples that I felt were too light for my application. After I got the samples home, I found that he had been right, and chose to go with a lighter colour, which ended up being a much cheaper alternative. While I was happy to pay more, they were solely focused on my satisfaction and used their expert knowledge to save me money and get me the right floor. The installation was done on short notice on the exact dates that I requested. I wasn't home for the installation as I was out of town, but left instructions for access with Hani and the installers. I came back to find a masterfully installed floor with no flaws, and a very clean condo with no work debris and very little dust to speak of. I'm incredibly satisfied with both the service and installation and would highly recommend the team at Kingsway Carpets and Blinds for all your flooring needs.

I already had a cork floor that was installed around 20 years ago, and was very pleased with it, so when I had to replace it, I wanted the same pattern that I had before. There was an issue as the new tiles where a little thicker, but the installer took some of the tiles back to the manufacturer and had them shaved down where they abutted a few areas. I am very pleased with this company and would use them again.

The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable. The quality of the carpets offered for purchase was very high end. The installers were very professional and did an outstanding job of laying carpet. We were very pleased with this company and would definitely hire them again.

I checked out other companies and found Kingway to have the best price and service. Alex had come out to our home and was very helpful with his suggestions. The blinds arrived earlier than anticipated and the installation was done in a timely manner and very efficient. I have received so many compliments on my Pirouett blinds and am extremely satisfied.
