George's price and installation dates were right on. Ten years later he is still servicing the blinds and any of my carpet needs. His staff is very helphful and knowledgable. It is always nice to see George and his wife Maria.

Great experience with this local business. I had great service and was helped by very knowledgeable staff on all of my visits. We never felt pressured to buy at this location where at other blinds stores we had left because we were so uncomfortable. After purchasing the blinds, we had only one problem with installation. One of the 3 blinds installed was not the proper sizing when it arrived on location. Kingsway fixed it immediately and came back with the new blinds at no extra charge. Highly recommend them!

I was recommended this company by a friend a number of years ago and am very happy I went to them. They provided me excellent value for my money and good customer service and installation.

Just moved into a new condo with west facing windows. We wanted nice blinds that would let the light in but remove the glare from the sun and not make the space feel heavy. We wanted the blinds to flow through our space. Marie helped us pick out the right blinds for our situation and budget. She took the time to make sure we were confident in our purchase. She was able to get Alex to our place the same day to take some measurements. 2-3 weeks later, Alex showed up on time, was courteous, installed the blinds quickly and left very little mess. It is always a pleasure when the person who takes the measurements also does the installation. We love our new blinds. If you are in the market for professionals, you need to check these guys out.

In response to an ad in the paper, we visited the storeroom and enquired about thermal shades. With time and further consultation we decided wooden shutters would be more appropriate for the living room. We had much advice over the phone where measurements along with price estimates were given.

Recently, I moved into an apartment building that had no blinds. Went everywhere couldn't find the right sizes. So someone told me about Kingsways Carpets And Blinds. I was so happy with how fast the service was and clean.

We went to Kingsway initially looking for a solution for our basement flooring and blinds. Alex spent a lot of time with us, exploring various options. What impressed us tremendously is the fact that his advice was truly based on what was best for us, that he was extremely honest in his advice. We bought all the blinds for the house from them - again he and Maria were very patient in showing us all the options. Alex was very careful in discussing all the details with us. Everything went perfectly smoothly, from the selection, to the measuring and instalation, which Alex has done. The company who manufactured the blinds sent in error a different shape of valance, Alex followed up with them the same day and corrected the error ASAP. The timelines for this project were exactly as Kingsway said, Alex was very punctual and was very careful to keep our house perfectly clean when he did the instalation. Price was better than the quotes we got from other big competitors such as HomeDepot or Lowes or BlindstoGo. Overall the best company to deal with! We will deffinitely return to them and warmly recommend them to all our friends.
