We have enjoyed the shutters on our front window for just over a month - they are fantastic! George measured our challenging window, which is large, bowed, not even remotely plumb, with real care, and took time to ensure we would get a custom product we would be happy with. He really wanted to make sure everything was absolutely PERFECT! The installers were very professional, quick and clean. We are extremely happy and intend to use this company again to complete our other window coverings in the future, and to provide and install flooring when we renovate our kitchen next year. Kingsway sets the standard for service on every level. VERY highly recommended!

Heather's 'Draperies Made to Measure' was recommended to us by Kinsway. Her service was prompt and completed on schedule at a fair price The quality of fabric and workmanship was excellent and Heather's knowledge of decorating was extensive and professional.We would highly recommend her to others and would use her again in the future.

This was our second time using Kingsway C&B for California shutters, and just like the last time they did a fantastic job, ever were explained out options had our questions answered. They were polite clean and friendly and I will use them again in the future.

I purchased Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds for my condo. Kingsway provided suggestions and options so that I got the best blind for my needs. This was a fairly large job for a condo, with 8 blinds ranging in width from approximately 3' to 10' Service was prompt and the blinds were ready when promised. Installation was available on a Saturday, which was necessary for my schedule. Alex arrived right on time and completed the job in a couple of hours. He took down the old blinds and was kind enough to package them up in the boxes for disposal. He left not a speck of garbage or dirt behind. Now that I've lived with them for a few days, I'm glad I went ahead and spent the money on custom blinds. I would definitely recommend Kingsway to my mother. In fact, my mother is now going to Kingsway to get blinds for her new apartment.

we specifically asked that the installers pay particular care to stairs and rails as this was our main reason for replacing the carpet, The installers were polite and friendly however they were rushed and should have spread the installation over to the next day. my wife and I had to trim all the threads and still when we vacuum pieces of carpet come loose. The work is subbed out to contractors so you take a chance on the quality of the installation. No one from kingsway has contacted us or followed up to check the quality of the work update;oct2/11. no business is perfect, how they respond to complaints is an indication of their commitment to customer service, george came around with his installer on the weekend and fixed up the problem. He also ordered extra carpet at no charge to keep in case of future wear and tear. my wife and I are pleased with the results and recommend kingsway carpets and blinds

had George come to the house to do a proper measurement for bedroom blinds. he provided lots of suggestions that we had not considered. his experience was very useful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. installation was professional and fast and installer took the time to fully explain the operation of the blinds.
