I'm very sorry you havent seen the results you were expecting, I would like to help as we definitely stand by our process. If you are a client from this year, it would be far too early to see the intended results yet, as the earliest reno started May 11th this year, and this process does take a minimum of 6-8 weeks (as advertised) and requires your partnership in maintenance to succeed.
