    Lawncare services

    I am completely disatisfied with the Lawncare services provided by Lawnsavers. While there seems to be some positive reviews, I have found that comments posted are not indicative of my experience. There have been several problems: 1. I opted not to pre-pay and instead elected to pay by visit. Every single invoice I received was incorrect. Customer Serviceproceeded to tell me to calculate the correct amount I was quoted and pay this. Something to do with system constraints. Probkem was that on some invoices I wasn't even sure what the correct amount was. 2. Various calls and emails that a technician was going to complete a service but they did not show up. Reasons given for not showing up were dubious at best. Excuses provided that just did not make sense (e.g. Gate locked when it was not). 3. Promises that someone was going to call me but no one reached out to me. Claims that they called, but my incoming call list at home, work and cell phone showing no indication that they called. 4. When I called about my invoice, I received different amounts on what I actually owed, depending on who I spoke to. Also customer service reps who were not familiar with the quote provided to me. 5. they claim that their fiesta weed control is so effective. This was the year with the most weeds that I have had on the lawn. Spent more time pucking weeds by hand than any other year. Promises were made to have the technician meet with me when I was home to discuss my lawn needs. No one ever came nor did customer service ensure that the commitment was fulfilled. 6. Promises for the Operations Manager to contact me but again this individual did not call. No messages were left on my cell phone, work and home numbers. I will be using a different company to complete my remaining services for the year. Suffice it to say I definitely will not be using their services next year. This company really demonstrated their ineptitude and lack of follow through.

    lawn service

    This company has excellent customer service. There staff and technicians are knowledgable in their products, the job is done professionally. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Josie

    Caring for Lawn

    LawnSavers have been servicing my property for the past 8 years. They have done a superb job - service has been excellent. They really care about what they do. Would highly recommend them.

    Lawn care

    For years I wasted money buying fertilizer to get rid of weeds and get an healthy grass but I've always been unsuccessful. I research the Homestars website and noticed that Lawn Savers had one of the best overall reviews. I phoned them and was not dissapointed. I have one of the best lawn on my street. It stayed very green even during the hot waves of the summer. Stephanie and Diego at customer service are always willing to assist and provide hints and tips. I referred them to my friends and family. 10 rating with no hesitation.

    Lawn care

    For the first time in nearly 30 years we have had a green lawn ALL summer thanks to LawnSavers. We have been with them for about 5 years after trying multiple other lawn companies which were not effective. We appreciate the phone call and e-mail contact prior to each visit and the professionalism and politeness of the technical staff. In particular Matt has been very helpful

    Lawn Care

    Our lawn was ugly. A disgusting mess of weeds, clover, yellowing and bare spots. We had used other companies and were always disappointed. We tried doing the fertilizing and weed control ourselves and our lawn looked almost the same at the end of summer. I was fed up and I called Lawn Savers (after seeing reviews on Homestars). I told them what I wanted and they quoted me a very reasonable price and did NOT try to oversell me before they had even seen my lawn. After their first visit, we started to notice a difference. They were upfront and honest about the weed problem and told us that it wouldn't be fixed overnight. I can tell you that now, at the end of summer, our lawn is amazing. It is lush, green, and almost weed free (we still have some spots to work on). My kids can run in the backyard without getting prickly weeds between their toes, we don't need to be embarrassed when guests come over. My husband the cynic is happy and even my dad..who is picky says it looks really good. Big points for not overselling, for giving sound advice, asking us to be patient with them and being reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone fed up with "the other guy".

    Protector Package: Weed Management, Fertizlizer, Core Aeration, Over-Seeding and more

    I have been using Lawnsavers since 2007. Bottom line is that they have great results. Best lawn on our street! We have many pedestrians walking by and they all take notice. My neighbour started using Lawnsavers and they brought his lawn back to life in one season. Another friend just signed up. You will not be disappointed!

    Lawn care-weed control and fertilizing. Information on ways to improce my lawn.

    Lawnsavers have been caring for my property for 14 years. I have gotten quite used to my neighbours telling me how great my lawn looks year after year. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and concerned. I have found their suggestions to be very helpful for maintaining the look of my property. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend Lawnsavers to friends and neigbours, and have done so on several occasions.

    lawn care

    For 18 years we have been dealing with LawnSavers and are completely satisfied. Without a doubt, we have the most beautiful lawn in the neighborhood .People are constantly stopping and asking us how we maintain such a healthy,beautiful lawn. We are so happy to have had LawnSavers recommended to us by my son.
