After moving into our home, we quickly realized that all of our windows needed to be replaced. My daughter and son-in-law had already bought new windows from Lifestyle and they were very happy with the service. When we were ready, we drove out to Ajax to visit the showroom. While there, we met the gentleman who works in the front office, who was very friendly and put us at ease immediately. We arranged for an in-home estimate. On the day of the appointment, the representative arrived on time and walked us through the process. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. A few days later the installer came to get precise measurements. The day of our installation couldn't have gone better. The crew arrived on time and managed to finish the bedrooms and two windows on the main floor. Everything was tidied up before they left. You'd never even know they had been there! The next morning they returned to finish the rest of the windows. Again, everything was cleaned up and the old windows were taken away, which was a great relief to us. Our new windows look amazing! The entire process was seamless. When we had visited the showroom, we immediately felt that we were in good hands and I must say, we were not disappointed.
On a side note, my mother had new windows installed by a different company and her experience was awful. The windows were installed incorrectly and her floors were damaged and left very dirty.
I would absolutely recommend Lifestyle Home Products to anyone thinking of replacing their windows!
