Repair being ignored
I have paid for sunroom and have two major flaws to be repaired - good luck trying to get Customer Service out to fix - ignored by phone, computer, etc. Another winter coming and I need help.....eavestrough has seam right over exit stair to deck - leaks continually with rain storms, snow, etc. Has been siliconed but that just peals off - also need flashing between original house roof and sunroom roof to keep ice and snow from building up and leaking during spring meltdown. Room floor is not even - and eavestrough is even , not allowing for drainage - nor is there a gutter guard on it. All adds up to problems...and they won't respond to me!

Window replacement
Very efficient right from the first visit to get measurements for a quote to the final day of installation. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Happy with the windows. Look great and easy to open and clean.

New Shower Install
The install team showed up at the exact time they said they would and quickly began to disassemble the old shower and install the new one. throughout the day the team were extremely professional and efficient in their work. The finished product is exceptionally well installed. I am extremely pleased with the team and their work and would not hesitate to engage Lifestyle Home Products for future projects.

Exterior Door, Interior Garage Door
We signed our work invoice March.7/22. quoted 12-14 weeks for install. Our first call was June stating our install date scheduled Sept.13/22. Found out our sales rep. submitted our contract 1 month after signing/pre pay. No reason why was given to us by customer service or was contacted by the sales rep. for any apology. Called back stating an earlier date of July. was available which we accepted. Long story short we were scheduled and cancelled 4 times. Many reasons were given, product wasnt available, date was no longer available due to back log of instalments etc. Lifestyle does not refund money after making a payment or give any kind of compensation for ANY errors made on their end. We went with the big company over the small guys because of the products made in Canada. In our experience, this did not make a difference. We were also told at time of signing our contract that Covid was no longer a major issue with product availability and delays. Our products were not special order. Everything was standard. Installers were professional and knowledgeable. Quick and efficient. That was the only positive outcome of the entire experience with this company.and that we finally have doors after 6 months.

bathroom renovation

Patio door installed and they fixed by 2 cranks on my bay window (this was free of charge)
I used this company over 16 years ago to install a front bay window. They did a great job. So when another job came up I so called them. Hardly any dust from cutting the concrete to get the patio door installed. Again they did a great job! This company is wonderful!

New Shower
We had bathtub in our main bathroom which was becoming challenging for us due to our age and the fact that we had to step out over the high sides. We always use the shower, never the bathtub thus the decision to renovate. The company representative came in May and we made our choices but were told that it would be 12-14 weeks before the install. This past Tuesday, Devlin and Scott came to start the project. It was a challenging job, however, they put mats down over the whole area where they needed to carry out the debris. Unfortunately, this demolition took longer than anticipated so they had to leave. Thankfully, they were able to get the water turned back on prior to leaving as it was off most of the day. They returned today(Thursday) as they had a prior commitment that couldnt be changed for Wednesday. They arrived around 10:00 and proceeded to get to work. They worked nonstop finishing the job by 5:30. They did an excellent job, finishing everything with great care and precision. They asked for my opinion when it came to the placement of shelves, grab bars, and the shower set. They worked well as a team with Scott laying down the mats, carrying items up and down the stairs as needed plus he assisted Devlin as required. Even though, it cost considerably more than I expected, the finished project was well worth it.

Back Door Installation
Although it was a wait from the time we placed our order, we are very happy with the results. As promised, the installers showed up with our new door on the promised date. The installers were excellent! Very personable, Professional and efficient. They arrived early and cleaned up afterwards. Love the new door! A job well done!

Front door installation
Our front door with sidelight is beautiful and very well made. What a feeling to close the door with no issues. The waiting, from the time of order to installation, was worth it. A date was made and Lifestyle Home Products stood by it. The local installers were right on time and took out the whole old frame right to the brick and did a wonderful job cleaning up. They worked well together on leveling the new frame showing how much experience they had and took the time to get the threshold even. I had Lifestyle Home Products install an awning and windows and have never been disappointed.

3 window installations
Very friendly & helpful on the phone (Nick & Stephanie) and on site. Mark and Don installers were in by 8:00 A.M. and finished by 2:30 P.M. They installed 3 large windows (family room, 2 kitchen windows ( 1 was a bay window) Before leaving Don showed the complete operation of opening and closing as well as how to remove the screens. They were both professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We would recommend them highly. Excellent job! Very happy!
