As a Costco member, it is reassuring to hire a company that has been vetted especially when the work/project is daunting and pricey and can add or detract to your overall home value depending on the quality of the product and the workmanship. IMO - Costco picked well when they partnered with Lifestyle. Their product and workmanship are excellent. I had a positive, well supported experience with this company from the starting point meeting the sales rep (Danny), customer service for scheduling and payment (Danielle, Christine, Kristy) to the install teams. Both projects were scheduled for the same week with 2 patio doors one day and bath remodel another. The doors were installed by Coady and Randy who were quick and thorough (the packager experience on the back end could have been improved by ensuring that my locks both operated in the same direction, but that is a very small quibble). My doors are beautiful and work quite well. For my bath remodel, my installers were Gerald and Dennis. At every point, each member of the team was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions or respond to inquiries. I also had shut-off valves and a shower head I purchased installed and the team removed and reinstalled my existing grab bar. As promised for both jobs, the work was completed in a single day and included excellent clean up of debris being removed and my home where they worked/travelled through once the work was done.
