New tub and surround
Finished in one day. Great job. Very satisfied. Good price for removing the walls and tub and replacing the faucet.

Screen front door
They were here between 8:00 and 11:00 as scheduled. Very pleased with the work that was done.

Install Basement windows
Crew arrived as scheduled and didn’t waste any time getting started. Cleaned up after they finished installation. Called me to look at the windows to make sure I was satisfied. Great job from the sales team to the installers.

Windows
The installers were quick and efficient, completed the job in a short time and produced quality work. They were professional and tidy upon completion of the job. Recommendation: Covered boots/shoes for indoor work

The installer was very proficient in his work and he cleaned up everything very well.

Windows and patio door
The guys came out on Nov 11, the day of our first snow for the season. Thought for sure they would cancel. They were very professional and courtesy. They treated my home with respect and clean up after they they finished. Very pleased with the work and my new windows.

WINDOW/DOOR REPLACEMENT
Installation was near perfect. Two minor issues which I noticed 1 week later and when my credit card was charged. My mistake. You must review the work before the installers have left. It took me a frustrating 5 weeks+ to resolve 1 issue, I've decided to abandon the 2nd. The level of customer service at the HO is pathetic, based on my experience. Phone calls, emails were never replied, let alone even acknowledged. A September email related to an accounting inquiry was never addressed, nor acknowledged. Also not pursuing. Customer service must also be a factor when rating a company.

Terrible experience 8 windows 2 sliding doors and steel entry door
Took three different installers to finally get an install on eight windows (four mismeasured/reordered) Two sliding doors show light on bottom of the track to outside -wind water and dirt enters the track Called for service. Man didn't show--I had to call company to see why. terrible company and still fighting with them for over a year. Take your money and business elsewhere.

Windows, Doors, and Bathrooms
My family moved to a home with ~25 wood frame windows in 2003. Completed replacement of southern exposure windows (~12) in 2010…completed remaining windows in 2018 (as well as a door). The first set of windows, now approaching ~10-years have maintained extremely well. I believe we have had to replace a single part on a single window that we access/open most frequently - I believe the cost for this part was ~$15. In our case we also experienced a noticeable reduction in AC and home heating costs even after the first set of window replacements. We have been very pleased with the overall quality and durability of these windows. For both installs (2010, 2018) our sales person was Julie - a conscientious professional, Julie’s recommendations and insights on window types, customizations, etc. were extremely valuable. In all installs with Lifestyle the installation crews have been courteous, respectful, and professional. As we had a window installation in 2018 we were eligible for the 2019 $25k Lifestyle Grand Prize Installation draw and we won! We were of course extremely pleased to receive this news - at this time Lifestyle has recently started bathroom installations so we decided to replace two original tub/showers. The team is able to replace a shower or a tub/shower in a single day. The installation crew removes all previous tile and drywall - shower installations designs are completely customizable (interior shower design; chairs; shower shelves, etc.) which is fantastic. We have had our new shower installations for about 2-months now and have been absolutely thrilled with the final product. We also had a new front door and aluminum siding installed capping some remaining wood exposure on the front of the house - we have received many positive comments about the new front door! All in all we have had this company complete major installations for our home in 2010, 2018 and now in 2019. When it comes to home improvements it can be difficult to know who to trust - our experiences with Lifestyle installations, people and products has been extraordinary and I would recommend them for your home improvement projects/needs.

Front door entrance
The installation crew was very professional, skilled and respectful of our home making sure every little detail was done to our satisfaction. They cleaned up the site after the work was completed and we would highly recommend Lifestyle Home Products.
