    8 window replacements

    Mike & Randy were excellent. Showed up on time, did all their work and cleaned up before they left. The only thing I’m disappointed in is I don’t recall the salesman mentioning that we could have ordered a cream colour to batch our windows at the front. Now we will have to paint our new windows.

    New windows installation

    I had new windows installed in two separate rooms. I love the final product but I still need to fix the areas that cracked around the windows - drywall?

    Front door

    Quality of product good. Installation good but bottom of door trim dark brown on black door. Also silver screw nails used on white inside of door. Will send email and picture

    Sliding door

    Customer service is horrible They make excuses and make no effort for customer support I ended up cancelling my order after being told “to be honest I forgot about you “ After signing a contract was told oh going to cost you more ..... huh ??? Been waiting since May 2 and finally had enough and cancelled do to the incredible attitude of the company and the so called supervisors Think they need a refresher course on how to take and deal with people when their own company screws up . They need to own that rather then put that on the customer . How would I rate them ... a big fat ZERO . And I’m trying to give this company my money ? I get more respect from strangers

    Porch enclosure

    We were introduced to Homestyle Home Products at the February Homeshow. Justin, our sales rep came to our house March 19, 2019 and we were given an expected commencement date of 6-8 weeks for a very simple enclosure. After waiting 8 weeks I decided to make inquiries regarding the date for installation to head office and Justin Sawyer. Mr. Rutherford returned my call saying that it was delayed, our date for installation would be June 21. Three months we waited for a simple enclosure, one side panel, head panel and a screen door. There was no communication regarding time of installation even though I had to confirm it with head office in Peterborough the day before. The Quality seems to be adequate. I would not recommend this company due to their poor communication skills with their customer.

    Front door and patio door.

    Work was completed in a day. Installer was very professional. Finished product looks great and makes a huge difference to the house.

    Awful Company and Awful Customer Service

    Everything about this company from the start to the finish was unpleasant. The only reason I had gone through with the sale was due to the man who came to my door for a free quote. Everything afterwards with this company went downhill. The lady who had called me to book the appointment was very rude and seemed as if she was annoyed to even be speaking with me. The sales rep was very pushy and I could tell they were only interested in finalizing the sale. The installers left the materials out on my lawn for weeks at a time. No organization and a severe lack of hospitality in this company. The sunroom was of good quality, but the price paid alongside the awful customer service just did not add up for me. Save your money and go to a more respectable company.

    Window install and siding

    I would like to say how disappointed I am that I had a window replaced and siding. The siding was scratched and had to be ordered. Originally told it would be done in the next two days which we now have been told possibly the end of this week. That will be almost two weeks of our new window exposed to the elements waiting for siding. Now to worry about water damage behind the new window. So what started off well has turned into disappointment

    Total Window Replacement

    Mike and Randy arrived on time. Over a period of three days they removed and replaced twenty three windows in our century home. The work was done professionally, they cleaned up after themselves and did an exceptional job. The house looks great. We are very happy with the product and the installation. Yes we would use Lifestyle and Mike and Randy again.

    installation of 5 new windows

    we had the last of the windows replaced last week. Lifestyle has now replaced all of the windows in our home. The installers called ahead on the day of the installation to let me know they were on the way to our home They worked away all day doing the installation. they were polite and courteous. at the end of the installation, i never had to pick up or clean up one thing. All debris, sawdust etc was cleaned up inside, and outside, there was not a speck of anything left on the ground to indicate that there was any work done. They put my window box back up for me and even hung up the curtain in the bathroom again. i was very pleased with the two gentlemen that came and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking for installers. The windows look amazing, we are very pleased. thank you again Lifestyle for a job well done !
