Patio Door purchase and installation.
The workmen showed up when they were supposed to. Told me about a 3 hour process. They double checked which way the door was to open ( I flipped the window and had it opening the opposite of the current one that was there). They were clean and put down cardboard on the floor by the installation area to protect the floor from their boots and cleaned up afterwards. Very efficient and the quality of the work was great.

Windows and Patio Door
Mike,Dan and crew were professional and effecient. Mike was investigated,checking in before and after installation,which helped ease our minds. Dan and crew were knowledgable and completed the installation well. Thank you!

Basement Windows
Great Job on the new windows, looking forward to no more wind drafts coming through the basement windows. Should now stay nice and warm down there.

Outside door installation
The work was very professionaly done and I was particularly pleased with the clean up.

Front door installation
The crew did a great job. Our old door was very old and so there were a few “hiccups” in removing it and replacing it, but the crew was able to get it done and it looks great. The only thing we were disappointed with was the fact that when we ordered the door, we were told it would take 12 - 14 weeks to come in. It actually ended up taking about 19. We were fine with the fact that that the materials took longer to come in, but we were upset that no one informed us that the order was delayed. We had to keep calling to check. Customer service would be better if you call your clients to let them know that the job is going to be delayed.

Window installation
Extremely happy with our new windows. The installers Dan and Michael were excellent. They did a wonderful job and left our home nice and clean. The new windows are beautiful and I look forward to replacing my front living room window and kitchen window with Lifestyle. I would recommend both the product, our salesman (Mike Day) and our installation them. Amazing job by all thank you.

Windows and doors replacement
They did an amazing job. Very professional. They vacuumed all the time anything was on the floor. Windows were wiped down to make sure no fingerprints, showed us how to tilt them in for cleaning.

Upper floor windows replaced as well as front door
7 windows were installed on upper floor. One window however was too narrow so they had to install the wrong sized window and fill the extra space with foam until a new window can be fabricated and brought to the house to install. Also the Phantom Screen which I requested for the front door did not arrive. Quality of work was very good as were the installers, just disappointing the wrong sized window was buily (despite two separate measurements by the saleswoman and a few days later by an installer) The new front door looks great as was installed expertly, just wish the Phantom Screen showed up.

New Front Door

Window replacement
I had 19 windows and a patio door. This was an amazing experience right from the beginning. Julie the sales representative was very pleasant to deal with. She answered all questions and provided a high level of customer service. Denitri’s installation team did a great job. The workmanship is phenomenal. I instantly noticed a difference in temperature on my second floor. Thanks
