Metal roof - excellent experience
We had a metal roof installed by Lifestyle in the late summer, which has now passed most of its first winter. The entire process working with Lifestyle was excellent. From the pressure-free visits by sales staff, the financing options, to the installation. In particular the team that put the roof on was of the highest caliber. Very thorough, easy to talk to when questions arose, and the finished product speaks to their skill. Follow up by company management afterwards, to ensure we were happy with the work made it clear the care that is taken for customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a metal roof to last a lifetime (and we looked at a lot of options) we highly recommended contacting Lifestyle.

Poor quality windows and service
We had a few insert windows installed..they produce cheap insert windows and charge for full brick to brick replacement windows... after a few years went by... the cheap rubber seals deteriorated. When i inquired about a replacement they did not honour any warranty and wanted to charge me for the inconvenience of coming out to inspect the window and replacing it. I would suggest you do your research and stay clear of this company.

Front door and back sliding doors
Lifestyle is thorough from the point of booking the sales call to booking the install. The sales reps are professional and courteous, call before they arrive and let you know what to expect with the install. They send someone to measure a second time and call once your door is ready to book the install. Their product is high quality, service exceptional and workmanship is second to none. They clean up and take away materials so you do t have to worry about a thing. I would recommend lifestyle to anyone in a heartbeat

Great Windows !
Love our new windows! Great friendly service and done in a neat and timely manner ! Very happy with the service ! Would recommend them to all our neighbours! Looking forward to a sun room in the future as well !

Total enclosure to my back ramp to keep the weather off my electric wheelchair.
The two workers (Bob and Craig) were very polite and explained what they were doing and why it was being done to the existing ramp before they actually started the project. Their work was excellent and they even cleaned off much of the ramp daily before they left in case I needed it as an emergency exit (from my front ramp). I was extremely pleased with their work and with my first dealing with Lifestyle Home Products. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. It should also be noted that I called many other companies to find someone that could do this job. I got negative answers until my first call to Lifestyle Home Products. I explained what I needed to the woman that answered my call and she assured me that she was certain that they could help me. What a surprise and relief that was for me to hear.

FROM START TO FINISH MY EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING
Since our first meeting with Brad to the last install day everything went smoothly and the install rush the install to be done before my guest arrived for the holiday. Love our new metal roof.

4 laarge Window Replacement - Oshawa
Julie was the sales person, provided excellent customer service, The installers were Brandon, Tom & crew, were very clean, friendly and took their time to make sure the install was perfect. The flashing detail was excellent work When they left, the interior & exterior was clean I am very happy.

Large Kitchen window and 4 in the basement
A couple of months ago we got 5 windows installed and we were really happy with the results. Gabor was the sales rep that originally met with us and he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain the benefits of the various windows. He even suggested NOT replacing some of the windows we had in the house which was great and showed that he wasn't just trying to sell us more than was needed. My only concern was having to call in a number of times to check on the install dates due to the rainy season this year. I would have expected the company to reach out once they suspected that there were going to be delays. Overall we were happy with the final results.

Installing a Bay Window
The two man team arrived at the estimated time that was promised. They were polite and professional. Protected the work area inside the home. On completion of the installation, everything was left clean and tidy. The window pane was cleaned.( no finger marks ) Finally, the installer made it a point to be sure that I fully understood how to operate my new window shades, open and close the window and how to remove the screens for cleaning.

We went with Lifestyle Home Products for our windows and external door project - both product and installation
We went with Lifestyles for our windows and external door reno, and are thrilled that we did! Julie our sales consultant was amazing and very helpful. The install was great and the gentlemen that did the work were fabulous. We found the craftsmanship to be wonderful, they were very neat and tidy and cleaned up after themselves and the whole process was quick. The results have transformed not only the way the house looks, but also improved the efficiencies in our home. Everyone we have interacted with has been great to work with, very approachable, and checked in with us constantly to ensure we were happy and satisfied. From a customer experience perspective they exceeded our expectations.
