    Window purchase

    I purchased 4 windows from Lifestyle Home products and was extremely satisfied with my purchase. Mike Carroll was very pleasant to deal with and the product was the best value compared to competition.

    Screen Door

    NEVER-NEVER-NEVER use this company. I ordered a screen door on August 23rd. After many no-shows, rebookings and cancellations, the door was finally installed on November 9th. The salesman came to take the order right away, promising a 6-8 week delivery. When they finally called to arrange installation I was told that they are very, very busy. Obviously they have a lot of salesmen and not enough installers. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received and would never recommend this company to anyone.

    Cottage Windows

    I ordered new Windows and Doors several years ago for our seasonal cottage we were building. We love them! This past winter one window failed. Lifestyle was able to provide prompt replacement even though out cottage is remote! Fantastic service!

    window and french doors

    After going back and forth with Lifestyles regarding the initial installation I was finally able to prove that I did ask for the window sashes to be foam filled as I kept the voice msg from the salesperson. They did come back and replace all the windows. As for the noise it just seems like it is the are we live in. I think the windows are of good quality but if you live close to the a main street you do need more sound proofing that needs to be considered. I appreciate Lifestyles for coming back and doing the fix however I would recommend anyone who uses them to ensure your contract states clearly everything you are asking them for and ensure you keep every telephone message conversation for proof or request.

    front window removal and installation

    We were very pleased with the whole process, from the initial contact and information given to us from the sales agent. She covered all questions without hesitation. She was well informed of the product and the process of the installation and clean up and removal of the old window. The installers arrived on one of the hottest days of the summer and through it all were complete professionals. They worked very steady and at all times very pleasant.

    Front and Back Door Installations

    The entrence way at the front of my home now looks totality amazing now that I have a new Antique Black front door , as well as full glass storm door from Lifestyles. Julie Gray my Consulting Agent was great in helping me choose the right products that work the best on my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I also had my back door replaced and now my home not only looks great but is also much more energy efficient. The installation went great, it save me time and money as well as a sore back, just call the experts at Lifestyle, I'm glad I did ! Jim., from Oshawa.

    replacement of living room window

    I recently had my living room window replaced by Lifestyle Home Products. The sales rep, Julie, was so pleasant to deal with and very helpful in explaining the product as well as the advantages of a frame out installation, The window was installed by Bill and Adam who were great to deal with answering any questions I had, and were carefull during the installation in working around my garden without damaging any plants which was much appreciated. As it turned out the existing frame was badly rotted and infested with ants, so thanks Julie for your good advice. Bill and Adam did a great job and I am very pleased with the finished look of the window. I would certainly recommend Lifelsyle Home products to anyone, the quality of the products and the service will not disappoint !

    Awning installation

    Great service. Michael, service representative, visited during installation to make sure all was correct. He followed up the next day with another visit to ensure satisfaction. Liked the idea of using Canadian product and company.

    Doors

    What was initially supposed to be just a storm door, turned into a new front door, storm door and back door. I couldn't be happier with my decision. I had absolutely no pressure / or sales gimmicks from Julie. She was professional, personable and a pleasure to work with.

    Sliding door cutout, Installation of new sliding door.

    In the Spring/Sumer of 2011 I had Lifestyles come out and give me and estimate and quote of a back sliding door. This was installed to make easier access of a wheel chair ramp. The ramp was to be removed from the front of the house and put into the back for curb appeal. The measurements were done twice. Due to the width of the wheelchair, I was told that I should go with a double slider instead of a 3 window. The installation went problem free and done is less time than thought even though it stated to rain. There have been zero problems with the sliding door and it looks much better in the back or the house.
