    Dishwasher unclogged

My wife was doing dishes in the kitchen like usual but this time the dishwasher filled up with water and wouldn’t drain after it was done. As I went to call for a plumbing company I remembered seeing the baby on a plumbing truck a few times so we called them and they came promptly and unclogged the dishwasher. We are happy for the fact that we didn’t have to buy a new dish washer thank you very much new Canadian drain & plumbing, good job.

    Sub - Pump replaced

After this last rain made a huge mess in my basement I got one drain company to come and fix the problem. They use some snake device to unplug the drain but it didn’t work and the price I was quoted to fix the drain was unbelievable. I called my brother and he recommended New Canadian Plumbing, when there plumber came to my home it only took him 5 minutes to figure out the problem. I had a burned out pump in my basement so he installed a new one for me and everything is fixed. I am so relieved knowing this disaster is now over. I will use them from now on and introduce this company to everyone I know!

    Waterproofing

During this last week of rain I noticed one of my walls in the basement was wet and some water on the floor by that wall. I called a plumbing company they came and told me the wall had to be water proofed and it would be $5,000.00 to fix. I felt that price was too high I called around and new Canadian drain & plumbing seemed to have the best price so I picked them to come and do the job. They were clean, polite and on time. I watched them do all stages of the installation they really did a good job and my wall is completely dry. Good job guys!

    Installed new water lines

My house is older and I noticed after I bought it and lived in it that the water pressure is not to strong, showers are barely working bath tub takes twice as long to fill up. I researched some plumbing companies online and noticed New Canadian drain & Plumbing there website was very informative. So I decided to call them, they explained I most likely have ½ inch water pipes leading from the road to the house and if I replaced them with ¾ inch pipe I would have all the pressure I need for my home. They came; they didn’t dig up to much of my yard and installed new water lines. Now the pressure is at its best. I am very happy it’s like living in a new home thank you guys, you are the best!

Remove and Replace house main shutoff valve

Our house main shutoff valve was old and leaking. Kevin arrived, was friendly and introduced himself. Told me the cost upfront. But what should have been an easy removal and replacement of a valve became complicated. We have the water main in our house that shuts off water to six more houses down our townhouse block. After we shut down the main, the water didn't seem to want to stop backflowing from their house. We had to go to neighbors and open their outside garden hose faucets. All told, took about an hour to 90 minutes to get the water to stop trickling back so that the weld could be made. Then, an old fitting was not being easily removed, so he had to struggle with that. It must have been very frustrating but he maintained a calm temperment. Everything is perfect now, and I'm happy to have a dry floor again!!

    Kitchen drain snaked

I tried over and over to plunge and unclog my kitchen sink but just could do it. I remembered a friend of mine mentioned to me that New Canadian drain & plumbing was a good company so I called my friend and got the number. They came on time and snaked my kitchen sink drain. The technician was fast and polite and he even gave me a fridge magnet for the next time I need their professional plumbing help!

    Pipes clamped

My pipes in the upstairs washroom wouldn’t stop knocking and banging. I looked online and found New Canadian Drain & Plumbing web page and called them to come and have a look. What they noticed was certain pipes leading to that washroom needed to be properly clamped to the main wall. They had to break a small portions of the drywall to get at the pipe to clamp it. The plumber didn’t take long at all. Now when we use the water finally no more annoying banging noises, thank you New Canadian Drain & Plumbing you did a great job!!!
