    Plumbing

    The gentleman you sent to fix our plumbing issue was fantastic. The service we received was very reminiscent of the service that used to be provided in the 50’s and 60’s. From the moment he arrived was courteous, neat and cared about doing a good job. He was able to assess the issue, obtained the necessary tools to fix the problem and rectified our problem. He also provided us with some excellent tips on prevention. I would have no trouble recommending this company to anyone or calling them again.

    Water pipes replaced

    I decided to upgrade my old water pipes in the house to new copper three quarter inch piping. I got three estimates but I felt New Canadian Drain & Plumbing was the best to go with. They did really professional work and through out the whole job they were very cooperative. They provided me with fantastic service, this company deserves my business because they really do care!

    Removal of galvanized pipe

    I called at 4:30 one afternoon to get an estimate and was told that someone would be by around 5. At 5, Khem arrived and we discussed the option for replacing the galvanized pipe and running a faucet to the exterior of the house for a hose hook-up. He gave me a quote after we talked about his recommendations. I felt very comfortable with his suggestions and his quote. He started the next day and was all cleaned up before I got home. Work looks great, was done quickly, for a good price, and Khem was very friendly and helpful. In under 24 Hours I had an estimate, a thorough explanation, and the work was 100% and cleaned up! As a sidenote - They did not charge for an estimate, which it seems many plumbers do. Before I called New Canadian, I called the group who were listed above them on Homestars. The receptionist was fairly unpleasant and was shocked that I wouldn't pay for an estimate. I'm not a plumbing expert, so I didn't want to have someone come start working based on my own assessment.

    Kitchen drain pipe replaced

    I found a big leakage under my kitchen sink my first thought was my sink overflowed and flooded. When the plumber came from new Canadian drain and plumbing he noticed some my pipe was rotten and rusted out. He installed the new plastic style pipe and after that he did an inspection on all my house to see if my plumbing was in order. It was a good experience dealing this company!

    Drain replacment

    After this last rain we had on the weekend I began to smell sewer gasses coming from the basement. I then searched online for a good company I found new Canadian drain & plumbing, there knowledgeable website caught my eye and they responded quickly to my phone call. When they came to my house they discovered the clay tiles were collapsed on the outside. They replaced my pipes and installed new plastic. Very good and hard working company, I am a satisfied customer.

    sewage backup into laundry room and basement

    We had sewage backup into our laundry room and basement. Stephen was here 1 hour after calling and had a crew working all day on a new drain. With a complimentary camera scope, Stephen found that roots of a removed city tree caused the problem and had a crew working to solve the problem all day on a Saturday. The gentlemen were very kind, hardworking and mindful of our kids and cats. Excellent service.

    Toilet replaced

    My toilet in the master bedroom wasn’t flushing properly for over one week it just wasn't flushing right. I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing a technician came and snaked my toilet and it didn’t unclog, there was a piece of plastic stuck in the toilet and it was impossible to remove even though he tried for hours. So I agreed to have a new toilet installed. I am impressed with this technician, he is a hard working man. From now on I will be their customer!

    Fixed my kitchen sink.

    I called a company to fix my kitchen sink. I waited for this guy for over 3 hours and he never showed up what a waste of my time. Then I called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing and made an appointment with them to come very early in the morning before I had to go to work, they came and fixed the problem on time. I am happy to say they are organized and they know what they are doing!

    clearing root blockages and installing new underground drainage pipes

    Fast reliable response and service for big job indoors and out to deal with drain blockage. Digging outdoors and in basement: clearning, then installing of new plastic pipes. Good reliable service, honesty, hard work, on time, responsive to all concerns, job done well.

    Kitchen renovation, installation of dishwasher, new air pipe, drain

    I had a positive experience with Canadian Plumbing. This is the second time I have used them and will contiunue to in the future. Both times the plumber was on time, gave a complete estimate prior to starting the work, and the work was completed with a guarantee. Very professional company and wonderful staff.
