I had a blocked kitchen sink I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. They gave me the price over the phone and as soon as we agreed on the price technician came within half an hour. He was struggling to unplug my kitchen sink drain and he spent over two hours, but eventually he finished his job successfully. He cleaned his working area neatly and never asked for bigger payment. It is so nice when people keep their words. They did what they promised to do and they charged what they told me they are going to charge. Thank you. Nice experience.

Our basement drain was overflowing whenever we did laundry. I called New Canadian for a free estimate on the problem. Jos was able to come that day and tried to assess the problem without using the camera, which we ended up doing anyway. Once we saw the roots on the camera, he was able to mobilize a crew within the same week. Approx. 10 ft worth of ceramic pipe had to be removed due to the growth of roots within, which was blocking 40-80% of the pipe diameter. The guys that came took a number of measures to minimize disruption to our house, incl. laying a drop cloth from the front door to the basement, hanging plastic sheeting around their workspace in the basement to prevent dust from falling on the surroundings, and keeping the front door closed as much as possible as they came in and out with their equipment. During the job it seemed like there were piles of dirt everywhere, but when it was done all the dirt was gone and the only area that was exposed was the path where the pipe had been removed and new cement had been laid. They had quoted 2 days worth of work, but finished in 1. Jos walked us through all the paperwork to get our rebate and answered all of our questions. An overall pleasant experience, considering the work that needed to be done.

We had a backed up basement drain on a Sunday and wthin 2 hours Steve came, did a camera inspection inside and outside. Steve took a lot of time to answer all our questions and gave us a written quote. The crew of Tadek and Karil arrived early the next morning and got right to work. For the next 3 days they did an amazing job and even stayed overtime to make sure we had water service before they left. Their cleanup after the job was amazing and Steve followed through to the end. I had leaks in my basement. I called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing at 8:00am. The technician arrived 30min later. They assessed the problems, there were a few, and began to work that same day at 9:30am. It was a big job and the and the crew were very hard working. These men were very proffessional and very clean. I recommend them highly! Thanks again for the great job!

I used New Canadian for the first time last week. The service was exceptional. Steve explained the whole pipe replacement process to me in great detail - described costs, timelines, and gave me estimates for future work with patience and clarity. Yasha and Genna did the pipe replacement work. They were extremely diligent, and managed to get all the work done in a short period of time. They were very productive and efficient, and seemed to take great care to do a good job. I really appreciated the service from New Canadian and would definitely call them again.

called the owner Monday late afternoon and had a worker here the next morning assessing the situation and provided a written quote based on his finding...Wednesday morning 2 workers came,found the problem,fixed the problem and finished a head of time...job well done and my cost was actually lower then the quote...can't beat that honesty..

My mother had a problem with her toilet which simply cracked one day. She called me saying she had a complete mess in her apartment. I googled for some plumbing company and New Canadian Drain and Plumbing was on the top of the first page. So I called them and their technician arrived in half an hour. Luckily he had everything necessary in his truck so I did not need to rush to Home Depot to buy a new toilet. The technician removed the old toilet and installed a new one. Everything was done quickly, professionally and for a reasonable price. Plus, they had a seniors' discount. I can recommend the company to everyone. And their truck with a charming baby face means the best service!

The New Canadian Drain & Plumbing did waterproofing for my house, and did an extraordinary job. I used to have a lot of problems and leaks in my basement. The first time I called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing I got an immediate response, and they were happy to fix my problem, at the reasonable cost! They figured out the source of problem right away and did their work extremely well. One thing that impressed me the most about the crew, is that they finished their job within three days under horrible weather conditions!
