Fast to reply to my ad, and sent someone the same day (Sunday!) to provide a FREE Estimate. They were prepared to do the work same-day, but I asked them to come back the next day which they did. When they arrived they were able to perfectly fix my issue in only about an hour with minimal hassles, and walked me through the work when they were done. Great experience!

They lied to me on the phone. They indicated no charge to get someone to see my issue and the contractor said he wanted to charge me. I refused as I indicated they told me on the phone no charge for diagnosis. This is a scam.

To accurately find the source, it would have required cutting and opening the wall to conduct a more in-depth investigation. We’re sorry, your problem wasn’t visible and required the work to complete investigation. The diagnostic fee was provided upfront to cover the time and work involved in that process. We truly appreciate your understanding if this caused any confusion or concern.

BK Lee was stuck in 401 traffic,managed to come with a smile on his face, explain exactly what he was going to do and completed the outside garden faucet replacement in no time at all. Very impressed!!!
