Quick and friendly service
My kitchen sink was clogged and after trying every trick that I knew, I gave in and called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing. Raymond came right on time and was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and most importantly, let me know that going forward, I should not put coffee grounds in the sink :/. Thanks Raymond!

Great service
I had a clogged drain, and New Canadian was able to send someone out the same day, within a couple of hours. Armelin was very polite, helpful, and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and neatly and, while he was there, drew my attention to the old and wornout trap under the sink, which was cracked and would have led to a leak soon. He suggested that I might want to have that replaced at some point, although it was not immediately necessary. I appreciated his honesty, and that he wasn't trying to sell me on work that wasn't strictly necessary. We did replace the trap. Highly recommend.

Basement flood
We had a basement flood due to a failed sump pump. Called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing..they sent Jeff over right away. He was great. He took the time to explain the cause of the problem, recommend a solution and implement his recommendation. He was also very courteous and cleaned everything up after he was done. I would definitely recommend Jeff and New Canadian Drain and Plumbing.

Great service!
I had a leak in the basement today and called New Canadian. The plumber, Raymond, arrived within one hour and investigated with his camera probe and then his powered snake. As it turned out, the main problem was in the City pipes, but Raymond gave me all the information I needed for the City Inspector, who confirmed Raymond's diagnosis. So, for great service and a pleasant and friendly professional attitude I recommend Raymond. M4C 1A6

Calapsed pipe under my veranda
Wanted to say thank you to this amazing company. Ozan and his team. Vali, Ronnie, Mohamad. Where all so professional and got this job done. That job was completed on one of the coldest day of the year. It was -20 outside and don’t know how those men did it. But they did it with no complains, dedication to ensure my kids and I would have water. It was a very difficult job they had to dig down over 10 feet down with water up to there knees. But it was completed. I am sure at times they couldn’t feel there fingers because it was so cold. But after 12 hours they where done. Thank you so very much to all of you for the stellar service. Outdoor water line
Plumber came out in the summer to get an outdoor tap functioning again. Required some work but was done at a reasonable cost. A family member had used them in the past for a backup prevention valve and was happy with their work.

Back water valves installation, kitchen stack, clay pipes and main water line replacement
Like most people, we tend not to think much about our drains until all things go to bust. What started out as a clogged kitchen stack, Shendon accurately diagnosed that it was a collapsed pipe. Through the whole process Shendon and crew tried their best to minimize disruptions despite having to dig up the basement. This company has helped us before with a previous issue and we wouldn't trust any other company to fix up the pipes than them. It's a pricey service but well worth the investment. Great crew and they do great work. Shendon even coordinated city permit and inspection so we can send in our back water valve rebate. What a great guy! Very knowledgeable, reliable and honest!

Pipe moving
I had an issue where a recently purchased house ended up having pipes exterior to the home (under an extension) that we’re constnatly freezing. Jeff from New Canadian Drain and Plumbing did an excellent job figuring out which pipes went were, moved everything indoors, and took extra time to minimize where the walls needed to be opened up by going through the closet. I am very pleased with his professionalism and expertise.

Fabulous - fast clean (as possible with digging out drains in House) respectfull
All the guys that came were very good - respectful, hard workers, they covered and hung plastic everywhere to help prevent the dust caused from digging out 30 ft of basement flr to replace the broken and roots filled drains. I would highly recommend this company. They also were the only company that called and came out on the Sat afternoon when we experienced the flooding from the basement back up. Thank you Lino and the crew.

Toilet repair
Our toilet blew a gasket on a Friday night and New Canadian Drain sent a guy first thing Saturday morning so as not to wake my six-month old. Raymond was on time, worked efficiently and explained the whys and wherefores of everything he was doing and the cost attached. Made a crap start to a weekend much better.
