    Cleaned root intrusion and replaced sewer line

    While I was out-of-town, my daughter luckily found New Canadian Plumbing to look after the upsetting problem with a blockage in the sewer line. The next door neighbour had had the same problem the previous year so her suspicions were confirmed. Steve went about the task promptly and efficiently. We appreciated his knowledge and expertise. Later Anna in the office was kind and helpful. We know who to call for plumbing problems now, for sure! M. Adamson.

    plumbing

    Whether it's a big job or small job, they always come at the scheduled hour and their work is efficient and friendly. The only negative is the office person answering the phone could be friendlier and sound less indifferent.

    window well instalation

    They did a wonderful job and were on time. The only problem I had was they used a hole in our screen door to put an electrical plug through to our kitchen.

    toilet problem

    My toilet was not working properly for a while and I needed to have it fixed but with my busy work schedule, I kept putting it off because I did not want to take time off work. I finally decided to get it fixed and so I called around to different plumbing companies. Out of the 3 companies that I called, New Canadian Drain & Plumbing was the only one that offered to send me a plumber at my convenience, which was at night. The plumber came, was very polite and did an amazing job at no extra cost, and left me a company fridge magnet which will come in handy the next time I need a plumber. Keep up the great work guys.

    fix sump pump

    Our sump pump wasnt working. Rick came at 8 in the evening spent about 2 hours investigating the problem tried different solutions. Was professional, courteous and kept the basement clean. Brought his supervisor next day to identify problem and replaced pump. Very satisfied.

    Kitchen sink

    My kitchen sink started draining very slowly so I knew that I needed to get a plumber in to fix the problem. I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and they sent a plumber to my house who was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly cleared my sink drain and cleaned up the work area. I am very satisfied with the service that I received and I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends.Thanks New Canadian!

    Clogged Toilet

    Over the weekend, my young son who is learning to potty train, flushed a whole bunch of toilet paper down the toilet which clogged it. As we only have one toilet in the house, I needed someone to come over right away. I remembered that I had recently received a New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd postcard in the mail and so I gave them a call. Within 20 minutes, someone was at my home fixing my toilet. Their service was fast and reliable and I would definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs.

    Drain & waterline

    Jocelyn did a great job, we are too satisfied. Their crews are so professional and do a clean job. The job included changing and renewing water pipes and furnaces. They were punctuate.

    Replumbing of 2nd floor to water heater

    We contacted Khem to reroute our 2nd floor plumbing to a new water heater. We have an older home with some tricky plumbing, very specific requests and many questions and he was able to complete everything to our absolute satisfaction. Moreover, he did minimal damage to the drywall and the cleanup was well above our expectations. We really enjoyed working with Khem and would definitely use this company again.

    hooking up a sinke

    We asked New Canadian Drain to plumb in a sink for a client who was coming home from the hospital. Linda did an exceptional job keeping me updated when to expect the plumber onsite. She was able to track and let me know when he was returning from Home Depot to get parts and was very proactive in keeping us informed about delays and timelines. A very positive experience
