    Snaking the sewer

    I had been having their service couple times before this recent service call. It had been great, everything was upon agreement on the quote and service. However, this time I was getting quotes to do the service for 150 then the plumber showed up and said this service would have been 600 so I decided not to proceed then they said since they are here and did the assessment, which will cost me 60 dollars(tax included. Just terrible feeling. Wish I had recorded the phone call myself so I could replay to the guy who showed up. Smh

    Plumbing service

    Very professional company from the receptionist to the technician who came out. Joel was very helpful and prompt. Will be recommending this company to everyone I know!

    Super responsive to my call. Came right out, same day. Nice, neat, quick and easy. Very nice guys, nice person who took my initial call. Very happy with their work!

    Repair or Replace Faucets or Pipes
    Had very old bath tub had chronic leaking faucet. Trade responded to email in less that an hour. Technician was helpful and knowledgeable ( checked out some other issues for us ) and made the repair. We would use this firm again.

    Repair a broken pipe

    Highly recommend this company. Very responsive and came out quickly to repair my broken pipe. The technician, Greg, was very friendly and professional and did a great job.

    Plumbing service

    Wonderful experience, honest helpful people. I had a water pressure issue with my shower. They were able to come out the same day and quickly identified the problem and made the necessary repairs. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

    Shower and Toilet not draining and backing up

    Contacted Priority Plumbing and came to service my issue right away. Joel M was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The issue was resolved with excellent customer service. I will contact them again if needed and recommend Priority Plumbing to family and friends.

    Plumbing service

    Hired them to install two remove two toilets and install brand new ones. Showed up on time, did not leave me waiting for weeks. Also installed brand new shut off valves. Everything works great and looks great too. Cleaned up afterward. Great experience.

    Water heater repair

    My water heater was leaking excessively so I called a few businesses for help to no avail. This business was the only responsive one. They sent Kyle, a very friendly technician who answered all my questions, explained why the water heater had to be replaced and worked with such professionalism and efficiency to replace it. If you have any issues with your water heater, dont hesitate to call this business. You will not be disappointed!

    Toilet Installation

    Kyle did a fantastic job of just getting our toilet installed and running. He was knowledgeable and informative. I felt comfortable with the whole process. I will definitely be using them for our next plumbing project or repair.
