    The whole house was checked over and many jobs completed! Cole is professional, knowledgeable and skilled as a plumber but it does not stop there!!! He listens well, offers solutions and cares about his clients. And it doesn't stop there either!!! Amanda and Kelly, who provide client support behind the scenes are warm, welcoming and interested in making sure a timely solution is found. They, like Cole go out of their way to communicate frequently and effectively. I felt like I was dealing with family. The work done is excellent - beyond and above - I no longer have to think about what needs to be done and what could happen if it doesn't. Thank you to the entire team. I may have to break a pipe so that I can experience your awesome customer service once again!!! Oh, and the cost is beyond fair for the work done and product installed.

    The best plumbing service in Toronto

    We used Priority plumbing three times this year so far (in different houses with different issues). This shows how much we trust and rely on them. Cole, the plumber, was super professional and explained everything to us with patience! We thanks Cole from bottom of our heart!

    Installing new exterior drains to prevent water entering basement. Repairing leak pipe to hot water.

    Priority Plumbing and Esp Tony , the person who diagnosed the problem and recommended the solution are fantastic. Highly responsive, efficient, reliable and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely call them again for any minor or major plumbing or drain problems.
