    Best Plumbing Company

    Great company. Plumber sat down gave me 3 scenerio sand costs. Explained everything throughly. Within 15 minutes everything was clear and running smoothly. I will be using this company again.

    Drain Stack replacement

    Matt was a treat to work with. competent and professional, just like the other plumber we dealt with (Greg). These guys went beyond just the repairs, offering advise and maintenance tips. My go to plumbing company from now on!

    hammering pipes

    Brian is thorough and professional. He explained the solution to my problem well, and solved the problem promptly. I would definitely use Priority Plumbing and ask for Brian again. Great service!

    Leaking rad pipe

    This was probably the best experience with a plumber I can remember. Matt showed up on time and worked hard to do the job correctly. He got the job done, left no mess at all and was extremely professional and polite. They are a little expensive but I will gladly use them again.

    Install a new toilet and take the old one away

    We went with this company because of all the 5-star reviews and the low service call price. What a mistake. We bought a new toilet (109 pounds) and lugged it home to save money, not easy as we're seniors. The cost of installing the toilet, with no complications, and taking away the old one was over $900 including tax. My sister had a new toilet AND sink installed, and the old ones removed, by a local plumber for $500. Everyone says we were ripped off. We don't recommend this company and will never use their services again.

    Fast, efficient, and good work

    I noticed that something around my toilet was leaking. Turns out it was a bidet I had installed, and not a faulty toilet. Brian called early in the morning, was on time, and was fast and efficient. He found the leak quickly and seems to have stopped it.

    Great, quick service from an honest professional

    We woke up this morning to frozen pipes, as many did. We called Priority immediately and David arrived mid-morning and got to work. Our pipes were thawed in no time! He also took great time to explain what was happening.

    No more flooded bathroom

    Great customer service. Getting an appointment was simple and easy. The technician that came out, Kyle, was great and very helpful. No more flooded bathroom for us. Five stars all around.

    Toilet leaking from the base

    2 hours before guests were to arrive for dinner, the toilet was leaking from the base. NO WAY! I called Priority and they gave me an ETA within 45 minutes later and a fair estimate. No problems, dinner was great, and no toilet nightmares. Thanks to Kyle and Priority Plumbing!

    Leaky Faucet

    I received a coupon and thought I would give Priority a try. With the discount, it still cost $407 to fix a leaky faucet and no warranty on the repair. I guess Priority’s business model does not rely on repeat business.
