    Plumbing Maintenance

    We have become a regular customer of Priority Plumbing. We appreciate their efficiency and detailed explanation of options available if we need to have work done and this allows us to make a choice depending on our budget. We have never felt any pressure in making our decision. Every service technician (Matt was the most recent) has been extremely courteous, helpful, and informative. We trust their workmanship and the company.

    Leaking kitchen sink

    Wow! What a terrific company! Priority Plumbing was fast, professional and the price was fair. I called at 9 am, their technician came out late this morning. He was courteous, honest and very helpful. He gave me a lot of information about my 100 year old home and pointed out quite a few areas of concern but at no time did I feel pressured to do anything. I know that this house has a lot of issues and when the time is right I’ll be calling Priority Plumbing for sure!

    Bathroom Reno

    We were converting a powder room into a main bath and needed both expert advice as well as someone who would work alongside us as we were completing the renovation ourselves - we found both and more with Priority Plumbing! Everyone we connected with was friendly and professional; the entire office team as well as Matthew who worked on-site. We would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

    Toilet installation

    I have had 'issues' with my house over the years as the original construction was not done well I must say. I waited a few years and finally decided to have 3 toilets installed, many fixtures, and pipes looked at. I was pleased with the promptness of Priority Plumbing and with the plumbers who came. The job was completed and now I have many headaches erased. I would recommend the company, and their employees to anyone looking for help.

    Sump pump replacement

    My sump pump needed to be replaced and Priority Plumbing and Drains responded with a technician the same day, the technician came with the parts he needed to complete the replacement and he was done in about an hour. Great service and our technician Kyle was easy to work with and explained it all to us with no pressure. Easy and fast!

    Excellent experience

    We called Priority last year when we had an emergency, and were pleased with the service at that time so we signed up for the membership. We were pleasantly surprised that a one-time payment provides a lifetime membership. As part of that, they reached out to me recently for annual inspection and maintenance. The check is free, but of course they uncover problems that incur expense, and that's how they generate business. That said, it's reassuring to have professional eyes on the system on a regular basis -- we take our cars for service, our computers, why not our plumbing? I would rather spend a bit each year than have something go undetected and result in flooding. But really, what made this a great experience was the personnel, who were patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and very willing to explain every step and advise us on how to keep everything working properly. Thank you for making that easy and pleasant!

    Excellent Customer Service

    Our service experience with Priority Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. We reached out after hours, received immediate assistance from a live agent, arranged an appointment and received updates along the way re timing, who was coming etc. Kyle, our plumber, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He also went above and beyond in terms of helping us with some minor issues and answering our many questions. I wish we could find companies like this for all of our housing needs - highly recommend.

    Fast and Professional Company

    I called and left a message on Good Friday. Saturday Morning I received a call back and by noon my sink was flowing once again. The plumber even fixed a small leak that had popped up from the acid I used. The best part was that the plumber cleaned up all the yucky mess! I highly recommend Priority Plumbing.

    Sticker Shock

    They charge $49 to show at the door to get a price - which is fine. But quote to disconnect and replace a one piece toilet (no plumbing just the gasket) and change the cover plate on the bathtub tap and shower arm (unscrew, add plumbers tape and screw in new arm and no valve change) was quoted at $980 - for a job that I could do in two hours max. so paid for the estimate and sent a very nice man away.

    With all due respect, Many details have been omited from this review. The job was to dismantle a heavy one piece toilet from the 2nd floor and carry it out to the garage. We then had to carry in a new one piece toilet from the garage in the backyard up to the 2nd floor, un package it, inspect it for defects and install the new toilet. (Not just "replace a gasket") For this job we would have to send 2 men to to your home to lift the heavy toilets in and out of your home. In addition to this, the parts that you purchased were for the wrong type of moen faucet, so we would need to pick up, supply and replace the correct parts. The price quoted for two men for the work was $786 plus tax. We understand that not everyone values the high quality service that we aim to provide, so that is why we gave you the price before we started the work. Thank you.

    Inspection visit

    A very useful and informative visit carried out by two courteous and expert tradespeople. The regular checkups that Priority Plumbing provides are so valuable for keeping the plumbing in good order.
