First to start, I have used priority Plumbing for the last 20 years. They did good work, even though I thought the price was a bit more than what it should be. Fast forward to today when I needed a fill valve replaced on my toilet, something that would take 10 minutes. The technician arrived on time, and took a quick look at my toilet. He said that it would need to be replaced, as I thought, and the line would have to be replaced to avoid leaking. The price he quoted me was $550. I have course bulked at that, and then suddenly within 5 minutes the price was down to $250. Again I said no and sent a technician on his way with the $50 charge. What got me is that for all these years they have charged me a certain amount and I just said yes, thinking that I was getting the best price that they could give me. That's what you call customer company Trust. The fact that I now know that most of the work they did for me could have easily been dropped to 50% really ticked me off. My trust is now evaporated. So, as I said they do good work, but they overcharge you, and make sure to ask them what the real price is when they come to your door.
