In Hayden I got what I had hoped for. A strong and courteous worker who was both on time and pleasant. While he never made it an issue, I inquired what he earned an hour, and while $12 is not insignificant, it is, in my opinion, a sum below what he shld be earning given you charged me three times that much. The only other I would add is staff handling telephone inquiries shld inform clients that it is likely to take less time to unload than it took to load... to some that's obvious... to overworked and harried clients like me it wasn't, and as a result I paid for two hours when I barely needed one. I'm a senior citizen. This hot weather makes gardening impossible for me. But my garden looks great, thanks to your workers. However you're refusing to accept my review because it's too short really irritates me. Now is it long enough????????????? Marian

The "sons" assigned to assist with loading my moving truck were punctual, professional, respectful, good-humored, and communicative. They were energetic and ready to work. The truck I ordered was too big and they arranged things extremely well so that not a thing shifted along the way. I had an excellent experience with rent-a-son.

Rent-a-Son is fantastic, different young man this time and just as good. Weeded the front garden and planted a few plants as well as learning how to web a lawn chair. I am very pleased with the service from the corporate standpoint and extremely pleased with the 'sons' I have been sent. Universally helpful, polite and willing. In four hours Grant from Rent-a-Son took up a carpet in my basement. Then he raked up part of the yard, and did some digging. He was courteous,efficient and hard-working. I've used Rent-a-Son in the past and have always been pleased. Irv

We were moving my wife's grand parents out of their house to my mother in-laws home and needed some help at the last minute. I found rent-a-son on HomeStars, saw the great reviews so decided to take the plunge. I am so glad we did. The two "sons" they provided were awesome. They dove right into the task at hand, needed very little supervision or direction, they were clean cut, polite, hard working. I am incredibly pleased with Rent-a-Son especially with John Allan the young man who came to help me. We moved awkward and heavy furniture, he cleaned really yukky patio furniture and an old buffet that hadn't been touched in years and learned how to re-web old patio chairs and did a great job with everything. Then on the second call came to help me out setting up for a street sale when my friends backed out - even though he was already booked for a job that started later in the day. 06:30 am on a Saturday and he was on time and cheerful!!! We had two "sons" help us fill a pod with our very heavy furniture. They also moved some other heavy articles to a storage space. They had excellent attitudes, worked hard and were polite. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them to unload the pod!

A recent car accident made it impossible for me to help my husband move some possessions to a storage unit. I rented a van but forgot to book with Rent-a-Son. In a panic, I phoned Stephanie in the office at 8:30 am the day of my move and she managed to find a "son" willing to show up at 11:00 am. Everything went so smoothly, I can't say enough good things about this company and its employees.
