I've had and heard horror stories from a lot of people about movers in general. So when it came time to choosing one I was really scared and skeptical. I called multiple companies but something always seemed off with their quotes or attitudes and then I came upon Rent-A-Son. I spoke with Amanda S. who was very understanding and reassuring thanks to her I knew I found the right movers. She walked me through the whole process and it was really easy. Soon enough move day came, The two guys Junior and Kyle were on time, and moved like lightning! Honestly I stood a little shocked about the speed of the process while my friend laughed at me. I own a lot of books and I was worried I packed the books too heavily but they did not complain and were super strong guys. They made sure not to damage floors or items by putting in those extra steps in ensuring a happy move. On the drive to my new home in London me and my friend were driving like grannies while the two men were there when we arrived and were swift as they were loading in as they were loading out. They were really friendly gentlemen and I couldn't have had a better experience. Everything's been unpacked nothing has been damaged. I am so happy with my choice to use Rent-A-Son and will recommend them to anyone. Also it came in under my budget which is the best! Got these guys through a recommendation from a friend and we're very happy to pass that recommendation on. The team (Julian, Jamie, Tyler) did the job under the estimated time (a big relief) and did it excellently. They managed to do it fast yet treated all our belongings with care so that there was no damage to anything. Also very nice guys. They turned a day that I was dreading into a pleasant experience. Recommend with no hesitation or reservation!

I had initially spoken with Erika Jackman who was my Senior Moving Coordinator. She was extremely thorough and in a series of exchanged e-mails determined exactly what I would need to move my belongings to my new location. I have a crew of 3 (Shaine / Kieran / Brian) and they arrived before my scheduled morning move time of 8:30am. They carefully placed runners along the floors at both locations to protect the floors and had ample blankets to protect fragile and general furniture. All of my items arrived in perfect condition without any damages and they even had suggested placement locations for some of my furniture. I had already moved into an apartment while selling my house. Once sold, I needed to move the staging furniture into the apartment and dump about ten bags of construction materials. The movers were careful, efficient, pleasant and on time. They were also very helpful with some extras - moving furniture within the apartment and putting a bed frame together.

Rent-A-Son was great. Amanda was very helpful and followed up numerous times. Alex and Nelson were on time (a few minutes early), very polite, helpful and didn't waste time. They were very professional. I highly recommend Rent-A-Son.

We were very impressed with the team that came in to help us move cabinets to our newly expanded office space. They worked in a timely and professional manner, and helped us move everything into its correct place.

We had a great experience moving out of our 2 bedroom condo. The crew brought their own equipment to take apart all of our furniture and pack it up safely for storage. They were very careful with our items, the common areas in our condo building and made the day stress-free for us.
