    Moving

    I had a great moving experience with Rent a Son. Franco and Dwight were friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and on time. I will definitely use this company again because of those 2 gentlemen. Thanks Guys!

    Moving

    The moving crew arrived early and had my one bedroom apartment on the truck within 2 hours, and even carefully took apart a dressing table I had that could not fit through the doorway (they rebuilt this for me at my new location). The crew were also extremely fast unloading all of my items into my new condo (done is 1.75 hours). Overall the crew I had were friendly, took great care of my belongings, and were extremely efficient (everything you want in a moving experience). My coordinator (Aslan) was also excellent, and was very quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to my move. I was extremely happy with the entire process and highly recommend Rent-a-Son. Great job!

    Moving household items into POD

    Thank you to your terrific team - John and Franco. They were punctual, friendly and very professional. My daughter and I appreciated their care of our belongings and attention to detail and ensured all items were secured in the POD. A big thank you, Alex and Bella

    Moving

    These guys are AWESOME!!! Nick, Austin and Jeff showed up early, were well prepared with tools, blankets, equipment, etc. to ensure that our move was done on time and on budget. These guys were exceptionally friendly, respectful, careful with our stuff, and not one broken item! We highly recommend these guys.

    Moving

    A most positive experience. Five extremely professional and almost weirdly organized men arrived and transferred my home from one address to another in what I can only say had to be record time. They were without exception neat, thoughtful of my belongings, efficient in the extreme without losing a moment of personalized service and genuinely nice people. They listened to my concerns and responded in kind. There was not one box or item out of place when they finished up. I was grateful to have had Nick, Dan, Albert, Jordan & Safi handling what is widely recognized as one of life's most stressful times... thanks guys! Will highly recommend Rent-A-Son to any and all!

    Moving

    We hired your movers to move furniture and other items into a POD. The movers were extremely considerate, careful and skilled. There was a slight misunderstanding with regards to packing materials required for the move, and billing. Your office handled it quickly and credited my invoice appropriately. Other than that, the service was great!

    Move

    From my initial phone call regarding a cross border move our advisor, Amanda, was knowledgable, helpful and very courteous. The crew, consisting of Daniel, Junior and Albert, offered Great service - prompt arrival, very polite, hard workers and also courteous.

    Moving & Storage

    Our last move was the 2nd of 3 scheduled appointments we have. In both cases, Erika was extremely helpful and professional with all my questions and was very prompt in responding. The moving teams could not have been better. They were professional, courteous and on time (in spite of Toronto traffic). They handled our furniture with care. I would definitely recommend Rent-a-Son.

    Moving

    Staff was very pleasant and efficient. They listened well, took direction well, asked relevant questions, and worked quickly. They were careful in halls, and with pedestrian traffic at Retirement Residence (we arrived precisely at the start of 'afternoon tea', being held in the area through which they had to move furniture. (LOL). There were no mishaps with any of our belongings.

    Moving

    They charged me 100$ more than the estimate amount. They worked for 2 hour and 50 minutes, while they mentioned in the bill that they worked for 3.25 hours. One of the guys, who was extremely rude by the way, was 35 minutes late. Later on when I called their office to check why they had charged me more, they told me that he totally denies that he was late. Also, in the bill they mentioned that the distance from the loading zone to the elevators was about 200 meters for both of the building, while it was only 5 meters. I'm extremely dissatisfied and do not recommend them to anyone. SHAME

    We are so sorry that your experience did not meet expectations. With regards to your invoice we have investigated your concerns regarding this project. In the end you were presented an invoice identical to your estimated cost. There was a $58.96 difference based entirely on the addition of HST which we outline in our estimation process but will highlight further in the future. Our billing process is based on our customer signed crew times and verified based on GPS records. Our initial investigation did not include the crews rudeness or tardiness and I was not aware of this until this review, our early conversations outlined that the job went well and you tipped them generously but wanted a reduced bill as a repeat customer. However, It is completely unacceptable that a crew be rude or unprofessional to a client and this must be addressed thoroughly. As we hope to project with all of our feedback, good or bad, our first priority in business is to always be respectful, fair and trustworthy.
