    Long-time Satisfied Customer

    I switched to SafeTech from one of the larger companies 10 years ago. I have found them to be very responsive when we have had an alarm. We did an equipment update a few years ago and their technician was great. I switched because they were priced better and have been a happy customer ever since

    Safetech Alarms

    I recently needed to replace an old alarm system in my home. Safetech Alarms was extremely responsive and even during COVid we were able to get the installation completed with additional services that were all included in the cost. I have had a few false alarms and their service to date has been fabulous. Anyone looking to replace their old systems should definitely check them out.

    Home alarm not alarming

    My alarm was not arming. I called safetech and the came out right away Great! Great service! very quick to respond and were very well priced! would recommend to everyone!

    alarm system

    Safetech has been our security partner for our business and residence since the past 10 Years. Recently we had some technical issues at our residence. I called the Technical Support Department and they were able to solve the problem very efficiently. The service has been fantastic. Krutarth manages our accounts and has been on top of things.     Home alarm security

    It is great experience having Security Alarm Monitoring through SafeTech. The Customer Servuce is excellent,responsive and responsible. I had requested to upgrade my system and Malik responded me in a timely manner to accommodate our need to include few sensors at our home to further strengthen security and safety measures. I asked for a specific convenient time and he responded quickly by scheduling that time slot. Everything about the contract and charges was explained in detail as per our expectations. Great Service ! Recommend SafeTech to all .

    Home Monitoring

    Before the change my monitoring system was using the cable connection. I made change in my cable system to use the Ignite delivery system. This was not compatible and monitoring had to be changed over to monitoring over the cell line.

    Security System

    Great service setting up our home security. Easy to do and we feel very secure. No inconvenience to us while we moved in. Technician came as promised and price was done monthly.

    Alarm installed

    Recently they installed a wireless system for me. I can arm and disarm with my phone. I am happy with the service. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
