    Safe Tech security system and service

    I've been a customer for over 10 years. Great product and great service! Whenever maintenance is required it is always looked after quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend SafeTech.

    ALARM MONITORING

    I have been using SafeTech for monitoring services for over 10 years. They have always been quick to respond to alarms and any service calls. very professional and highly recommend

    Good price and great service!

    I highly recommend Safe Security company.Specially Malik. He is so helpful and professional. He followed up with everything. Also special thanks to Andrew. He is highly trained and knowledgeable technician. I feel safe with the Safe Security company. Good price and amazing Services!

    Home security and monitoring system.

    Hardware and wiring was installed during the home renovation. The technicians were very efficient and tidy. The monitoring system is very simple and customer service personnel are easy to contact. Highly recommend!!

    Services( horrible )

    The services weren’t working for a while. The time you get a hold of them to inform - they don’t return back your money but instead they try to resell the services. Very unprofessional customer services , lack of support services provided to their clients ( they don’t return back your money ) absolutely never going back to them again !!!

Actually, we reached out to set up a FREE service call to fix the problem you are having with the security system, and even offered to replace a keypad at NO COST to you. You ignored us and would not allow our technician into your home to inspect and diagnose the issue. The problem you are having is loss of communication, as a result of switching internet services causing the alarm not to transmit signals to our central station.     Home security

    I have been using SafeTech for over 5yrs. They are very reliable and have great customer service. They contacted me right away when I had concerns and had solutions to my specific needs. I would highly recommend!

    Safetech is a reliable home monitoring company. They have a full range of services and are a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is excellent and very accessible. It is a pleasure to deal with the accounting department as well

    Service

    I have service for more than 4 years, never had any problems with it, very efficient customer service. When ever there was a problem that occured, customer service was always there to help me solve any issues i had. Very reasonable monthly rates and i will definitely refer to my friends and family!
