    Monthly service

    I have been with SafeTech for over 20 years. Their service has been top notch. I can honestly say that I have never had any issues reaching their customer support department and having my issue addressed professionally and promptly. Take my word that you will never be disappointed with their service. Highly recommended, excellent service, a special thanks to M Malik great professionalism and pleasant attitude. Keep up the great work guys.

    Alarm System

    Upgrade/Addition of Services

    After having been a SafeTech Home Alarm Monitoring client for five plus years I decided to upgrade my current services to add monitored Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors along with an extra door contact in my garage. Everyone that I dealt with including Malik (Customer Service) to Andrew (Installation) was professional, knowledgeable, very accommodating, extremely neat and respectful of my house. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone seeking Home Alarm Monitoring Services.

    Alarm system

    We have been with SafeTech Security since April 2002. We are extremely happy with the overall service they provide. Whenever the alarm has been activated for any reason, we or in our absence, our contact, receives a call promptly to inform us of the problem and the solution for it. Our contact with SafeTech Security has been Sharon, Manager. She has been very helpful and courteous at all times, and has rectified minor problems expeditiously. We recommend SafeTech Security for anyone who wants to feel safe at home or to know that your home is safe while you are away. ValB

    Great Service

    Finally I have Alarm system in my house, after I got different deals from different companies, one of my relative recommended Safe Tech to me. I called Mr. Malik, he was very helpful gave us the best deal. He has a excellent customer service. I really recommend Safe Tech.

    Top home alarm System

    I am with Safetech since 2014 and very much satisfied with their service. If the alarm rings for 2 seconds also in case of false alarms we get a call whereas I have seen in the some houses who have other companies system, they don't receive any calls. Sam always helped me choose the correct products and Malik helps with accounting. I am very satisfied customer of Safetech.

    Fantastic Service

    Upgrading of security system to include cameras. Sharon in customer service was fantastic and fast. Henry, the installation technician, was great. Extremely courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I was very impressed with their service and products.

    Installation of an IP Controller

    I have been a customer of Safe Tech for six years. Last month, my connection to the monitoring station was not working properly because my telephone was IP-based (from Vonage) and Vonage had made some changes at their end. Safe Tech installed an IP controller with my security system at no cost to make it work consistently.

    Safetech Alarm system

    I've had a Safetech alarm for 3 years now and recently moved and had a new alarm installed. Malik provided excellent customer service and found a solution to save me money for the installation in my new house. The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional, including wearing a mask and gloves. I've never had any issues, the price is very affordable and I highly recommend to anyone looking for an alarm system. I feel safe at night and when I'm not home. Thanks Safetech!
