Excellent experience from first inquiry to ongoing monitoring of our alarm. The staff at SafeTech completely understood what I was looking for in a home alarm system and developed a package to meet our needs. The installation of our system was professional and respectful to our home and finishes. It has worked flawlessly right from the start! We have accidentally set off our system and SafeTech has called almost immediately to check on our well being. The customer service continues to be wonderful - every email is replied to very quickly and every call is answered by a live person who has addressed my questions on the spot. I do not hesitate to recommend SafeTech!!!

The whole process right from the initial exploration of SafeTechs services to the Installation was seamless and worry-free. Sam was very responsive and helpful in explaining all the options available as well as with completing the forms . Peter the installer guy did a superb job , he was very careful and non-intrusive , he had to wire many areas of the house but any work was barely visible , i was very impressed with that . The first week itself I set off the alarm by mistake and immediately got a call from the call center which validated the quick response.

Home Security System Great competitive price. The appointment was easy to make and accommodating over the phone. Installation was fast and simple. Would highly recommend Safe Tech to my friends and family.

"We had been with Safe Tech for several years. I am very satisfied with their response to the few mistakes made usually by me, in forgetting the alarm , and I opened the back door. They called us straight away. So I know, not meaning to test them, that they are on top of the situation. We find they are honest and straightforward. ADT had by mistake, disconnected our system, so I had for 2 years, nearly , been paying for a service that was disconnected. ADT would not reimburse me, and had the audacity to quote me a new installed system, that was higher than Safe tech . Thank you Safe Tech"

Switching Security Monitoring to SafeTech. Our security monitor system had been monitored by ADT for about 20 years. It seems very quite and no alarm happened for many years. Once for a while, I did make false alarm and called the ADT monitoring centre in Calgery to cancel it but even if, they did not receive the false alarm. I felt uncomfortable by the middle of this year and wanted to switch to local (Toronto) security company so that I can get monitoring system updated and checked. SafeTech came in and found: 1. My phone line for ADT security monitoring , after switched to Italk IP phone, was no longer working. 2. My fire sensor alarm was never connected. 3. The monitoring system is out of date. The technician did a good job to test the system and replace mother board & access panel to put the security system complete and functional. He also straighten the existing mess wiring in the control panel.

We just installed system, Gary the installer is very thorough, professional and explained to us what needed to be done like our home smoke detector. He takes pride in his job.

So far I've been impressed with safetech. The installation was smooth and when we needed to make an adjustment to the quoted equipment, the sales rep that I dealt with was able to price match another company's deal. On two occasions, customer service has also been quick to call me back the next day when I left a message after hours. I'm glad I went with this company

Contacted Safe Tech Alarms to have my new alarm installed in my home, they were reliable and true to their word, I am very happy and I do recommend this company.

Have had alarm at business for 2 and half years. Any contact with alarm company has been polite and answers received quickly. would like to recommend safe tech company to my friends.
