I have been a Safetech client for more than 7 years. I recently cancelled my phone line and inquired about GSM option. The client service rep offered me a good price for the gsm unit and it also allowed me to remotely arm and disarm the system from my smartphone. The interactive device gave me the peace of mind of knowing when my kids came home from school. I would definitely recommend Safetech for all your security requirements. They are a local GTA company with a local monitoring station. Every time my alarm went off, even if it was my mistake, I always got a call within seconds. They are definitely a company who deserves high quality recognition.

I found this company on Homestars back in 2011. They seemed to have positive reviews which is why I switched over to them in the first place. SInce Day 1 I have been unhappy with the unprofessional service provided by them on every level. They do not respond to alarms, I was informed by one of the agents that the monitoring station is somewhere in the US, they make accounting errors...etc.....the list goes on. I am currently trying to get out of my contract with them but so far have not been able to do so. Horrible experience. I do not recommend this company.
