We chose Safe Tech based on their Best Security Consumer Choice Awards. We like the option of Guard Response versus Police response and also that the monitoring cost is reasonable.

I've used ADT for a number of years and recently moved into a new home. When I called ADT for a quote I found that they were quite expensive so I decided to shop around. A coworker told me about homestars website and I was impress by the number of positive reviews and accolades that SafeTech has receive so I decided to try them out. So far, I'm a happy new customer.

I just asked Safetech Alarms to take over my previous alarm system. They did the job quite fast and I am happy with them. I did a search on the market regarding monthly payments, and to my best Safetech is providing a reasonable package for a very good cost in comparison to other companies.

The tech was fast and friendly. He was on time and called ahead. I really appreciated that SAFETECH was patient with us, since it took a while to get the home phone hooked up. The cost was cheap and the equipment is great. Having a key FOB is a great addition with two kids that take a while to get in the door. We were also giving the option to change the PANIC button on the FOB to a medical as our son has ASD. I will definitely recommend this company to others!!

The install of the alarm system has left us with upwards of $5,000 in damages and labor costs and the company is offering us 3 years free service and a $1,000 chq. We want the system removed and damages restored to the original state! This company does not deserve 5 stars!

Customer service at SafeTech is outstanding, representatives are always friendly and knowledgable. Sales reps are not pushy and answered all my questions, the installation was quick, and billing was also seamless- no problems or complaints to date! I would recommend this company to anyone, especially over all the other companies out there who can be very pushy and do not disclose the total cost of equipment/billing upfront. I recently switched from ADT and the installer came out on a Saturday afternoon and installed the sytem tested it and was finished within a couple of hours. The installer was very polite and efficient. The sales person was very nice and very helpful. So far I am very pleased with my decision to switch to SafeTech.

Purchased a new home that had an existing alarm system. Safetech upgraded several items and installed a number of new features including: glass breakers, motion detectors, and flood censors. The sales person was wonderful to work with. The installer arrived on time and was very efficient. When one item was not working properly, the installer came back and fixed it very quickly. I was very impressed with the installation.
