I had called to have my alarm transfered to Safetech and within 3 days I had a tech out to transfer it. The tech Greg was super nice and it only took 20 mins to do. Sam the sales Rep was very friendly and had quick responses to any questions I had. Thanks again Safetech Team

I'm very happy with SafeTech. The thing I like most is that they're a Canadian company, not an American one. The company I was with previously was an American one and we had a lot of issues with them. I am pleased that with SafeTech you can actually speak to a live person, and you're not just a number with them. The system is easy and comprehensible, and overall, I'm happy with the way things are right now.
