The service at SafeTech has been great. The installation was quick and efficient. They took the time to set everything up and demonstrate to me how to use the alarm system. Great company overall!

SafeTech has been pretty good so far. The technicians were friendly and on-time and informative. I've had no issues so far with the monitoring service; my old alarm company gave me a lot of problems and that is why we decided to switch over to SafeTech. I would recommend this company to all of my friends. Installation of GSM Cellular (Line-Cut Technology) was $200.00 and Monthly monitoring is $25.95 + $7.95 (for GSM)

Although there has not been much interaction so far, we are very pleased with the company. The installer was very neat, friendly and professional. He explained everything to us about how to use the alarm system and was very patient and informative. We had all our questions answered.

SafeTech makes a good first impression... when they are trying to capture a new customer. Unfortunately, when you want to schedule a service call for someone to show up at their own expense.. things get a little tricky. Had to call in 3 times, was promised someone would show up the next day, twice. No phone call, nobody at the door, no record of the service call being placed. We had the "trouble" light on for a week and apparently the phone line that was going to the alarm system was disconnected. I don't know what would have happened if someone tried to break in.

Our company moved into existing premises and on the outside there was a very old sticker with SafeTech details. After one phone call, I had an immediate call back to set-up an appt so that the agent could review the existing installation and confirm if it was in good working order. When he came to inspect, he was able to re-install and set up/configure the system on the spot. He also provide a very easy step-by-step training in simple terms and "easy to use guidelines". Easy!

My experience with safetech has been a pleasure. The sales person was great, patient and informative. They did not pressure us into buying anything. Also, the installation went wonderfully. We haven't noticed anything wrong with our bill, so that is always great!

Safetech alarms came in the day of the appointment on time... and proceeded to hook up and wire for the alarm that we had agreed upon.. Install was clean and prompt, the installer was very thorough on operating instructions.. My family feel very safe now that safetech is monitoring our house!!! Thanks
