I recently bought a vacation property and since I was keeping my valuable vehicles there, I wanted to insure it was well protected. Safe Tech sent in Andrew to install the alarm system and despite many obstacles considering the age of the house and size of the garage facility, he did an outstanding job making it all work (late into the might). We now have the peace of mind that our property is well protected even when we are not there and that my family is safe when they are up there alone. Thank you Andrew and thank you Safe Tech!

Hi I sesrch everywhere for alarm company and found safetech. It got lot of good review. I first talk to the sale rep and they were nice and answer all my question. I feel satisfy with all the answer giving to me. The installation was great. No issue there. The tech was fun to talk with and set up everything very fast. He test the system and show me how it work. Great experience so far.

Since I want my new house to be protected before I move it, I requested their super fast service.Without any hesitation, the sale representative promised me next day service. The technician came on time and has done a good job. He explained to me clearly how I should operate the alarm system. No doubt I would refer Safe Tech to my friends.

We installed an alarm system with Safe Tech in early August. Everything was done with exemplary efficiency. I emailed Eric at the firm's base in Ontario and he arranged for the installation by a team led by Trevor. Three people arrived and installed the alarm with the minimum of fuss and Trevor explained carefully how it worked. I especially like the fact that we can use a remote control to operate it within a range of 60 feet. An excellent company that deserves the highest rating!

After dealing with ADT for years, I can't say enough good things about SafeTech. I cancelled my home phone line which rendered my existing monitoring obsolete. After spending way too much time on the phone talking to literally dozens of different ADT service reps, they told me it would cost $300 plus an extra $8-12/month to upgrade to a GSM monitoring module (after being a customer for 5+ years). So, I put in a request on the SafeTech website for an estimate, and within hours Sean was in touch with me via both phone and email. We discussed my needs and the existing system to come up with the best solution for my situation (which turned out to be replacing my panel, installing an Internet monitoring module, and the addition of 2 wireless transmitters). Sean was very knowledgeable about the available options and my existing equipment. This was all on a Friday night, after hours, and he booked me for an installation the following Monday. The technician phoned on Monday to confirm the appointment, and was even able to come ahead of schedule. The installation went smoothly and everything has been working as expected. The one issue I had was the garage entry did not have an entry delay, but I phoned their Tech Support and they fixed it for me within minutes. Amazing customer service. I wish I would have switched over sooner!

My husband and I decided that we would feel more comfortable with a security system installed for when he/we are away. We started into our research and sent requests for being contacted to several companies. We live in a small community and many companies didn't know anything about our area before contacting me. When Eric called, he had already looked into the area a bit and was more than willing to do some more research to help answer all of my MANY questions. He has been very patient throughout the process and VERY helpful! Because of our location, installation was not easy to organize, but the company was very helpful with explaining and helping with everything. They received several phone calls from us and were always pleasant. We had a few glitches that happened while we were away, but they were quickly fixed when we got home. We were still able to use our iPhones to check in on the house and see when each door was opened and closed, which brought a lot of peace of mind. Since the system has been up and running, I have managed to forget about it and set it off... twice... but I'm getting used to it! We were very impressed with the quick response from the monitoring centre! One other time we got a surprise call when my husband was fixing a sensor on the back door. They called and said that they had a tampering alarm (or something along those lines) and that they just wanted to let us know and make sure everything was alright. That just made us appreciate their service even more! I feel a lot better knowing that I have a security system and that it is with a company with such great service! Thank you!

Arranging for our security system has quick and easy. From contacting Safe Tech for a quote to installation of the system was about 2 weeks. All the staff that we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a security system
