The customer service team is always very helpful with invoicing and billing inquiries. I would refer this company to anyone for personal or business use.

I got an alarm installed by these guys for $724+tax. I signed up for 3 years of monitoring too. That was OK. But then after 4 years I wanted out. Then they pointed to a clause in the contract that says they have "title" to the alarm system. They say they own the alarm I paid $724+tax for! What a dirty trick.

The technician Peter did a wonderful job during the installation and did not mind being rushed out of the door because of an urgent appointment that I had to catch. Their staff eat, live and breathe consistent and quality customer service. I am so impressed.
