We live in Burlington and we had already interviewed a number of local kitchen designers for quotes and designs before a contractor suggested we visit Sky Kitchen Cabinets. He spoke so highly of the designer, Mohammed, and the quality of their work so we decided to check them out, just in case, and we are so grateful we did! From our first visit to Sky Kitchen’s large and inviting showroom we were completely impressed by their professionalism, welcoming reception and eagerness to please and service potential clients!
We are a retired couple and had high expectations for a quality custom kitchen. As we sat down with Mohammed he patiently listened and expertly designed our kitchen according to our vision adding his own suggestions when necessary. My husband was especially impressed with Mohammed’s ability to deal with the intricate technical details ensuring an efficient and well designed layout. Their price was very competitive but it was the work invested in our design and their willingness to work with us that helped us make our final decision in choosing Sky Kitchen Cabinets.
Mohammed came to our home three times, each time patiently listening to our ideas and answering our questions adding his recommendations and revisions to the cabinetry design ensuring the final project would be completed to our satisfaction. As the project began we were very pleased to see that the entire team at Sky Kitchen Cabinets is extremely accommodating and professional. We had the opportunity to see their clean, modern manufacturing facility in the back and all of the staff in that shop were also so pleasant and eager to ensure we were completely satisfied with our cabinet design and colour match.
Throughout the installation Mohammed was quick to return emails or telephone calls and the entire team including the ladies at the front desk, Annu and Simone, efficiently followed up to ensure the entire process was seamless. The quality of the products was excellent and we were very impressed with their willingness and care to resolve any issue or replace any unsuitable component without hesitation. The installers, Kiran and Dharminder were professional, polite and did an exceptional job as they worked tirelessly to ensure our cabinets were installed perfectly and to our satisfaction.
We are very pleased and delighted with the results and want to thank Mohammed, the installers and all of the staff at Sky Kitchen Cabinets, for their professionalism and the respectful business relationship that was developed. We will most certainly recommend them to all our friends and neighbours and plan to use Sky Kitchen Cabinets again when we begin our bathroom renovations!
