After talking to a few other kitchen contractors and receiving vague quotes and disinterested customer service, we heeded the reviews for SKY Kitchen Cabinets on HomeStars and gave them a call. Beginning with the receptionist, Sonika, whose gentle and helpful manner was appreciated, followed by the designer, Sukh, we felt we found the right company. By discussing and adapting the plan over 2 visits to our home and 1 visit to the showroom, Sukh made sure that our decisions were thought through in order to avoid problems during construction. We were extremely lucky to be assigned Raja and Mo ,from Modern Kitchen Designs ,as our general contractors. These personable and efficient professionals guided the demolition and reconstruction process, coordinating the high quality subcontractors who included the electrician, Surjit, and the tilers, Greg and Dominic. We then benefitted from the experienced and exacting work of cabinet installer, Gurpreet and his assistant, Kiran. Gurpreet quickly fine-tuned even the smallest problem to ensure our satisfaction with the final product. The cabinets are well made and beautifully designed. A minor communication glitch with SKY regarding the under cabinet lights and the installation of compost bins were the only delays we encountered. Overall, our kitchen renovation experience was made as easy as possible and we are happy to highly recommend SKY Kitchen Cabinets to others.

We are currently in the process of a whole kitchen renovation. SKY Kitchen was recommended to us by a family member who recently renovated their kitchen and loved the outcome. Although our renovations will begin in June, our experience with SKY Kitchen thus far has been great. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Throughout the selection process, they were patient and understanding. When renovating a kitchen there are a lot of things to consider and they have walked us through every detail, ensuring that we make the best decisions. Thank you to the SKY Kitchen staff and we look forward to the final outcome of our kitchen.

Our kitchen was renovated about a year ago. We did a fair bit of searching and located SKY Kitchen. We met Mohammed and from our first meeting right up until the end, he was professional, helpful and understanding. Like all contracting work, there were issues but Mohammed was willing to listen and come to a compromise. Thank you Mohammed and Sky Kitchen for your good work.

So I found Sky Kitchen because I was frustrated with the current contractor that was just quoting me on the kitchen reno. I simply googled kitchen places close to my house - and they were listed with unbelievable reviews. I tried some other places from google the week before, but they were either not at their showrooms, had inferior products or not calling me back. I was worried that this kitchen reno would be a nightmare - why did I start it? But then I came to Sky Kitchen showroom, and everything changed! It started with Sukh showing us the backroom where they manufacture the cabintes - state of the art equipment that gets rid of any possible human error: all cut and measured by the top of the line equipment making it impossible to deliver the product that is not to measure or lines up properly. Things just got better from there. The choices available at the showroom give you the option to have the kitchen of your dreams, anything you desire: from colours, cut, and finish all the way to countertops and hardware. Simply amazing. The price from my original quote never changed. The kitchen got delivered exactly as per the schedule. The design that Sukh came up with was great - way better and more functional than the design I was getting from my previous quote (he thought of everything!). The installation crew was A+. Gurpreet and Kiranjit were very professional and pleasant. Floors got covered to avoid any damage. Cabinets got installed on time. Everything was lined up and touched up for the perfect final finish. Also production manager Raja was very responsive to any questions I might have - right away. Sonika is on top of things with anything that might have came up along the way. My kitchen is amazing: it is top quality, and I have anything and everything that I wished for. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to update their kitchen.

When we first found Sky Kitchens on HomeStars, we saw nothing but 9 and 10 star reviews, page after page..I have to say, we were a little skeptical. Every review mentioned the names of the contractors, everyone was so happy. Surely someone posted a 5 or 6. There's no way that could be real, right ? Must be family members posting all those reviews ! Nevertheless, we decided to call them to get a quotation. Mohammed came to the house and started asking what our wants / needs were. He started taking measurements and making notes. We decided after he left that we would not use them, because there's now way all those reviews could be real. We would take some ideas from Mohammed and go with another contractor. Well, that was our plan, but after visiting with him in Sky Kitchens beautiful showroom, and after seeing Mohammed's very professional demonstration, we started to think maybe they were a good choice. But then we thought, the materials are so beautiful, the plans were superb, such excellent use of space, so many options....there's no way we can afford this place ! Wrong again. Sky Kitchens was the lowest of 4 kitchen designers who quoted on our job. This was too easy ! Sky Kitchens manufactures on site, so if there are any issues, you're not stuck waiting for a cabinet manufacturer half way across the country / world, making up a new piece for you. Mohammed set up a date for early for cabinet install and gave us a start date. Raja and Moe came in to tear out the cabinets, bulkheads and floors. Dominic did a fantastic job tiling our powder room and kitchen. Raja took the trouble to show us how we could make the kitchen more up to date with a newer tile pattern (not the brickwork style). It really looks fabulous. A week before the cabinets installed, we asked Mohammed for a change, we wanted our peninsula to be 12 " longer. Not a problem. He added it to the plans, then told us we now had room for bigger cabinets underneath. Then, as we were looking at the rest of the room, he asked if we wanted a flip down under the sink, to hold the dishcloth, etc. What a great idea ! Mohammed was always coming up with great new ideas, and he is very meticulous with his measurements. Harjeet did an awesome job putting together the cabinets, installing the crown molding, etc. Its all so beautiful ! Surjit did an excellent job wiring everything, moving receptacles, installing chandeliers, etc. Martine and his partner did a super job installing the counters. Raja and Moe came back and installed the appliances and did all the plumbing. Each of these guys is a consummate professional and because they all work together, they all know how each other works, and they know the order in which to do things. Every day they outlined the work to come, and every day, the contractors showed up. That's a big deal because some contractors are working on so many different jobs, they never know their schedules. Having contractors in your home for 5-6 weeks can be stressful, but the whole process was seamless. Thank you Mohammed. Raja,Moe, Dominic, Surjit and Harjeet for your high level of expertise. You are a credit to the renovation industry. So here we are, all finished our dream kitchen and the only issue we have is that we can't rate Sky Kitchens an 11 !

We absolutely love our new kitchen! Our sales representative Binder was awesome! He listened to what we wanted and made our dream a reality. The installers did an excellent job. Their calculation and precision in placing the cabinets was quite impressive, and everything was solidly attached and level. The cabinets are superb! They are incredibly well built and feel solid. The colour is rich and warm; they are spacious inside, well designed and easy to clean. Binder and the Sky Kitchens team provided exceptional service from planning right through to installation. Their openness, professionalism, patience, and willingness to listen enabled us to carry out a project that surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend Sky Kitchens to everyone!!! We truly feel we got a great product and great service from start to finish. Thank you Sky Kitchens!

I found Sky Kitchen on Homestars, and after reading their reviews and looking around at different kitchen companies, I decided to use them and they did not disappoint. I met with Binder and had an idea of what I wanted to do, but he took my idea and perfected it...he had recommendations that I didn't think were possible given my layout and he proved me wrong. I used their contractor, Raja and Mo and they were amazing!!! All the other trades guys they used were great too -- the cabinet installers, electrician, tile guy, etc. Everyone showed up exactly the time and date they said they would, and did their job efficiently, cleaned up, and within budget.

This is our second project with Sky Kitchen. We initially had them install an entertainment unit in our basement and cabinets under the basement stairs. They did a great job that a few years we decided to use them again to install a home office and upgrade an area in our kitchen. Binder was our contact for both projects and helped us design the office and kitchen at their showroom. His team (Dharmindar and Giil) did a great job of installing everything over two days. We weren't too happy with the colour of the desktop and there were a few other minor finished that need to be completed. Binder quickly had his crew pick up the desktop and have it repainted and fix the minor areas. We have some other built-ins in mind and would definitely use Sky Kitchen again.

This is my second kitchen with Sky Kitchen Cabinets. So happy to have found them. Professional, work to deadlines, fair pricing. Gurpreet excellent installer and makes sure final product details are done. Highly recommend!
